This is my first time posting about a casino ever.. I wasn't even aware of this site so this is refreshing knowing we have someone on our side. That was me annadawn was talking about. I initially deposited fine and didn't think depositing using BTC would be an issue . Which it wasn't as far as depositing went. I couldn't play at first and it kept taking me straight to the profile page so of couse I online chatted with them several times over several days and explained to them that it was taking me to the profile page and it may be because my phones ip was from the US etc... they told me that shouldn't matter. .. and I was thinking that was because I deposited using BTC. After about the 3rd day of not being able to play they said they sent the issue to tech support and I need to use a VPN. (I have screen shots of them telling me to switch the vpn cause I felt something was off at this point).. I had no CLUE what all that was and annadawn helped me along with it..and voila.. I could play... I was stoked since it was 3 days later and multiple chat converstions later. Then I tried to withdrawal And they ask for documents… so I sent them my passport and a Selfie note saying Hi Loki and the date. After I sent those In I noticed the "pending withdrawl " now says "discarded withdrawl.they said its because they don't accept US players. I told them.. " you sure did accept my deposit just fine in hopes i would lose". I chatted with them again and after making me feel like an inch tall.. I told them to just refund my deposit and close my account. They said can't until my amount is equal or over 0.01 and i need to deposit More money to get to that amount to withdrawl ??? I've never heard of such craziness. I ended up playing enough to get me to 0.01 and requested another withdrawl. They discarded that also.
Im at a loss. I think I should be fully entitled to my $875 winnings and not made to feel like I was cheating and thieving from them. Please help

Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich über ein Casino schreibe. Ich kannte diese Seite noch nicht einmal, daher ist es erfrischend zu wissen, dass wir jemanden auf unserer Seite haben. Das war ich, von dem Annadawn sprach. Ich habe anfangs problemlos eingezahlt und dachte nicht, dass die Einzahlung mit BTC ein Problem darstellen würde. Wobei es bei der Einzahlung nicht darauf ankam. Zuerst konnte ich nicht spielen und es führte mich immer wieder direkt zur Profilseite, also habe ich über mehrere Tage hinweg mehrmals online mit ihnen gechattet und ihnen erklärt, dass ich dadurch zur Profilseite weitergeleitet wurde, was möglicherweise an meinen Telefonen lag Die IP stammte aus den USA usw. Sie sagten mir, das sollte keine Rolle spielen. .. und ich dachte, das läge daran, dass ich mit BTC eingezahlt habe. Nach etwa dem dritten Tag, an dem ich nicht spielen konnte, sagten sie, sie hätten das Problem an den technischen Support weitergeleitet und ich müsse ein VPN verwenden. (Ich habe Screenshots von denen, die mir sagen, ich solle den VPN wechseln, weil ich das Gefühl hatte, dass zu diesem Zeitpunkt etwas nicht stimmt). Ich hatte keine Ahnung, was das alles war, und annadawn hat mir dabei geholfen. Und voilà. Ich konnte spielen. .. Ich war begeistert, da es drei Tage später und mehrere Chat-Konversationen später war. Dann habe ich versucht, mich zurückzuziehen. Und sie fragten nach Dokumenten … also schickte ich ihnen meinen Reisepass und eine Selfie-Notiz mit der Aufschrift „Hallo Loki“ und dem Datum. Nachdem ich diese eingeschickt hatte, bemerkte ich, dass unter „Ausstehende Auszahlung“ jetzt „Auszahlung verworfen“ steht. Sie sagten, es liege daran, dass sie keine US-Spieler akzeptieren. Ich sagte ihnen: „Sie haben meine Einzahlung ganz gut angenommen, in der Hoffnung, dass ich verlieren würde.“ . Ich unterhielt mich noch einmal mit ihnen und nachdem ich mir das Gefühl gegeben hatte, einen Zentimeter groß zu sein, sagte ich ihnen, sie sollten einfach meine Einzahlung zurückerstatten und mein Konto schließen. Sie sagten, das könne nicht, bis mein Betrag 0,01 oder mehr beträgt und ich mehr Geld einzahlen muss um diesen Auszahlungsbetrag zu erreichen??? Ich habe noch nie von so einem Wahnsinn gehört. Am Ende habe ich genug gespielt, um auf 0,01 zu kommen, und habe eine weitere Auszahlung beantragt. Auch das haben sie verworfen.
Ich bin ratlos. Ich denke, ich sollte den vollen Anspruch auf meinen Gewinn von 875 $ haben und mir nicht das Gefühl geben, dass ich sie betrogen und bestohlen habe. Bitte helfen Sie
