For some reason they are thinking that my brothers email is affiliated with my account that I just made and it's just so happens that I won today. even though my brother has never won.. Now they have withheld all of my winnings of $1,200 and told me that I violated something that I didn't violate and that they're not going to give me my money. Nor the money that I put in.
They asked me to do kyc which I happily did only for the kyc to give me some sort of weird error where it wouldn't let me click the link anymore.
Shortly after they completely ignored that and just told me that I violated 8.1 which I did not.
Now they are not responding and I refuse to send my $1200 to Eth: 0x2308A61b4383395C23e58C210f8b06c87f4eE355 my ethereum wallet.
Please someone help. I did nothing wrong, didnt benfit from any weird promos or Bonuses or anything. They should not be stealling my deposit or withholding my winnings.
