This exclusion was confirmed via email by Arlequin Casino (another Mountberg brand) on August 15, 2022. Despite this, I was later able to register, deposit, and gamble at GemoBet.io, which evolved from VasyCasino, previously under Mountberg Ltd. and now operating under Glava Ltd. (License No. 0000018, Tobique Gaming Commission). I contacted GemoBet support several times in June–July 2025 and requested a refund for deposits made after the exclusion. They refused, denying knowledge of the previous exclusion, even though their former structure clearly had this data. They only offered to block my account going forward, ignoring licensing responsibilities. Additionally, my account at ShinyWilds.com, another 8048/JAZ brand, is still open and active, despite the 2022 exclusion request and the confirmation by gemobet.io that now all partnered brands are closed.
