I used an $88 n/d chip from lcb.com and when I met all playthru requirements my $1,100 winnings were reduced to $88, the amount of original bonus so that's my money right? All thats fine, $88 was under withdrawable amount so, anyways I continued to play with what was now 'real money' Well, I won putting my withdrawalable balance at over $700, and requested a cashout for $600, then played the remainder on slots.
So i thought i was waiting for the check in the mail, even tried to deposit money while I had that transaction pending, which was pre-approved but then denied because it was a mastercard, but all of that is irrelevant, here is my issue:
I decide to contact live support regarding my $600 withdrawal and when it would be coming and they informed me they were voiding it because I had played a ineligible game "war" which although it was stated it was not eligible to count towards my play through amount, it was never stated that I couldn't play any of those games at all, or winnings would be voided, it just said doesn't count toward wagering requirements, I mean, isn't the point of the free chip to try games the casino has to offer and see whether you like them or not?
And besides when I tried to play a progressive slot machine on accident it clearly stated "your balance is a bonus balance and this game is not allowed" so why wouldn't it say that for war?
And I don't think I even won anything on war. Honestly, I don't even remember if I even bet or not, I remember clicking it to check it out, but I know for sure it was nothing significant if any at all that was won, so wouldn't it be fair to void the winnings (if any) from war only and not consider the whole thing void? can I get a copy of my transaction history or anything to see? Because I still had more than enough to meet playthru requirements without whatever was wagered on war, as i was up to $1,100 before my balance was reduced to the original $88,
Please let me know if you can look into it and possibly do anything to help me, i couldn't really understand live support and requested a record of our chat be emailed but never received it, I'd really appreciate it and would even be willing to deposit there in the future, but at this point i'm really skeptical about their integrity, as this was a bad first impression as you can imagine.
