Hey Tenho, to capture and record your screen, simply install any of the free screen recording programs. You can use Screen Recorder or CamStudio or any similar, they are free and easily found via Google.

Its really not much harder than capturing a simple screenshot.

Get started on your video members..........there is a potential to win $50 in LCB chips!

My entry into the contest, was a bit nervous, but I saw plenty of computer based stories.  I wanted to be a bit like Rena and upload a video of me physically talking.
Also you get to hear me making dinner in the background.  Enjoy lol (old link removed)
