Difficult to judge.. Do you look at the whole, or do you judge based on certain individuals. Because the real exceptional experiences seem to always be at casinos where I had the worst experiences too. (extreme case being bingohall, where there are a few really exceptionally good people working.) But if I have to choose a winner, I would go for Go Wild. Experienced consistent and top quality support over there. Might have just been lucky, but was a regular there, so had frequent contact with the casino reps, and they never left me frustrated or feeling tricked.

Can't judge I'm afraid. Only experience I had with hefty sized withdraws is with GoWild, where I didn't even knew the concept of such a limit. Had at a certain moment 14K in the queue to be withdrawn. (Was first time I wanted to withdraw, so took me some time to get all documents together and scanned. During those couple of day, I reversed 12K though because I wanted to go nuts at playing extremely high bets per spin lol.. You can pick as to what category this applies too, as i will give you my current top 5, which have all categories covered.

This casino doesn't have much software's, since it is a stand alone MG, but they have a few games from providers that are adapted in the quickfire platform, and their total amount of slots and games is more then enough to keep anyone busy for a whole year if they wish to try them all. they have download and instant play, a poker site, a betting site and also a bingo site to entertain you.

No big deal for most players, and they have a lot going on to make up for that if you care for it,
They offer a great palette of slots, and have recently added a sportsbook too, also a load of cool promos, and they were one of the first to implement a no wagering policy on their free spin promotions, which is awesome. They also strive to process withdrawals in under 2 hours, which is faster then 32Red, and definitely will be a plus point for players that think fast WD's are top priority.

3: Redbet

They have the Quickfire platform with Mg and such, a separate Netent section and a 3D slots section with Betsoft and the.likes, on top of that they also have a poker client and sportsbetting section and i know they will be adding more slot providers to in the near future (Guts is also going to btw) I used to know the manager here, but things have changed there and he has moved on, this doesn't take away the fact that their support is definitely up to par, and i never have issues really, the few times i did, they were solved promptly.
Their withdrawals are also among the fastest in the businessmen, and they implemented that strategy even before Guts, setting a new standard for newer casinos,
Promo's are decent enough, although the number 1 and 2 in the list definitely outshine them there. All in all a great place to play!

4 Unibet

They have maybe the biggest selection of slots of the list so far, and i have had hassle-free withdrawals without the need for verification here, even on Sundays, and for now, they are the only one in the list that already have WMS games, which i really HAVE to play every now and then, since i just love those.

Their promotions are great, at least some of them are, and i know they are even going to step up with those in the near future, they are much bigger of a brand, one of the oldest, and this does show in their customer support and personal promo's/VIP rewards, i have been told that they are going to step up there, but for now they are not as great in that regard as the above three. It still is a great place to play, and i highly recommend them!

Also a great selection of slots, and the manager knew from Redbet Andy B. is now managing most of the things regarding the casino floor here, he is also an absolute hammer and gets things done. As this is already a huge post i will make it short,and say  they pretty much have all the perks of the previous casinos, like fast WD's, huge game selection, great promo's and a very good layout of the site ( as do all of the casinos in this list) The only reason they are at nr. 5 for now, is that they have this responsible gaming thing that bugs me, as it forces you out of your slot session every 60 minutes
If they do get rid of that they might move up the ladder for me personally (i know for now they are obligated to do so, as their licensing institution is one of the most trustworthy, but also most strict, and this is why that happens)

1. this one is a hard one because there are a lot of great customer services online who are very helpful and kind. but my answer is of course the landbased casino in this case Holland Casino, the staff are friendly, funny and of course helpful.

Can't really have a Casino list without at least some RTG or Nuworks slots.. i think the JPC covers that and to the maximum extent, since not only, like i stated above, do they continuously give non depositing players the chance to win for real (although they do cap the winnings) but they also are the most no-nonsense RTG out there, without the BS a lot of their competitors pull on vague T&C's!! Take my word for it, or learn it the hard way, in any case you will come to the same conclusion in the end..

Of course these are, at least in my list, the slowest payers of the bunch, but RTG guidelines have always been different, probably because they use a different kind of fraud detection system and a different way of processing.
