I was placed in the restrictive bonus or limited bonus player and therefore I was not eligible to play any tournament there. Recently and prior to my last cash out at Slotocash, I made all deposits without the bonus to just play the tournaments. I hope a Slotocash Rep will help me on this issue. I'm ok with the restriction of the bonus, I don't want any of that, but I just want to be set so I am eligible to play tournaments there.

I experienced the same problem with slotocash: I deposited without any bonus and played only tournaments. After a withdrawal, and after I also wasn't no more eligible to play tournaments. I contacted the slotocash rep about this but I am curious to know how does it end for TAAADAAA, if the problem has been solved or not, and how? I think this way of playing respects their terms and conditions. I only play RTG casino tournaments so I am very disappointed because there will be only one casino left in which I can play RTG casino tournament in France if I can not play tournaments in Slotocash and Uptown Aces (my situation in Uptown Aces is the same...)

Ich habe den Slotocash-Vertreter diesbezüglich kontaktiert, bin aber gespannt, wie es für TAAADAAA ausgeht, ob das Problem gelöst wurde oder nicht und wie? Ich denke, dass diese Spielweise ihre Geschäftsbedingungen respektiert. Ich spiele nur RTG-Casino-Turniere, daher bin ich sehr enttäuscht, weil es nur noch ein Casino geben wird, in dem ich in Frankreich RTG-Casino-Turniere spielen kann, wenn ich nicht an Turnieren in Slotocash und Uptown Aces teilnehmen kann (meine Situation bei Uptown Aces ist die gleiche). ..)
