This is a fairly new casino, and consequently not a lot of reviews. The most frequent complaint I have seen is at the KYC level, and that is where my complaint is, as well. After completing wagering requirements, I initiated a withdrawal which was denied due to no lt being verified. I emailed the requested documents (front and back of ID, as well as a picture of me holding this ID) but was rejected. They requested another picture of me holding my ID, which I did submit. I also submitted address verification in the form of an piece of government mail, although they did not ask for that. The first submission of me holding my ID had a slight glare over the hologram on the ID, making it a little difficult to see the DOB text. The second picture I sent has no such issues. Here is the exact text they sent in their denial:
"We are unable to accept the submitted image for KYC verification, as the quality and presentation of the document do not provide sufficient evidence to establish that it is a valid document held by a real person. To confirm the validity of your document and verify that you are a real person, the provided photo must show a document consistent with a valid document issued in its respective country. The document should be presented proportionally in relation to your hand and face, with all details sharp and legible, free from blur, reflections, or distortions, and with the appropriate color and font"

Dies ist ein relativ neues Casino, daher gibt es noch nicht viele Bewertungen. Die häufigste Beschwerde betrifft die Identitätsprüfung (KYC), und genau dort liegt auch meine. Nachdem ich die Umsatzbedingungen erfüllt hatte, beantragte ich eine Auszahlung, die jedoch aufgrund fehlender Verifizierung abgelehnt wurde. Ich schickte die angeforderten Dokumente (Vorder- und Rückseite meines Ausweises sowie ein Foto von mir mit dem Ausweis) per E-Mail, erhielt aber eine Absage. Daraufhin wurde ein weiteres Foto von mir mit meinem Ausweis angefordert, das ich auch einreichte. Zusätzlich reichte ich einen Adressnachweis in Form eines offiziellen Schreibens ein, obwohl dies nicht verlangt worden war. Auf dem ersten Foto war das Hologramm meines Ausweises leicht gespiegelt, wodurch das Geburtsdatum schwer lesbar war. Das zweite Foto weist diese Mängel nicht auf. Hier ist der genaue Wortlaut der Ablehnungsbegründung:
„Wir können das eingereichte Bild zur KYC-Verifizierung nicht akzeptieren, da Qualität und Darstellung des Dokuments nicht ausreichend belegen, dass es sich um ein gültiges Dokument handelt, das von einer realen Person besessen wird. Um die Gültigkeit Ihres Dokuments zu bestätigen und Ihre Identität zu verifizieren, muss das eingereichte Foto ein Dokument zeigen, das einem gültigen, im jeweiligen Land ausgestellten Dokument entspricht. Das Dokument sollte proportional zu Ihrer Hand und Ihrem Gesicht präsentiert werden, alle Details scharf und lesbar, frei von Unschärfen, Spiegelungen oder Verzerrungen sowie mit der korrekten Farbe und Schriftart.“
