I just have a burning question with regards to most RTG casinos.
What I have noticed is that as soon as one's account is verified and you are able to withdraw, all bonuses usually fall away.
- Upon creating a new account, players are constantly enticed to deposit and play and bonuses are available in abundance.
- Once you make your 1st withdrawal and pass KYC, all bonuses are gone.
The casinos usually use a standard excuse that we provide bonuses to players that have a tough luck winning.
This is very concerning that casinos continously take money from players and entice players with bonuses knowing that they cannot withdraw and once they pass KYC, only real money deposits available without any bonuses.
Are there any industry experts here that could shed some light.
This is a psychological dilemma, these RTG casinos make the KYC process so tiresome that once passed you want to continue depositing and playing there without going through the same process at another casino.
I am just tired of casinos like Sloto Cash, Ozwin, Grande Vegas, Play croco and Fair Go casino that manipulate terms and was wondering if there is any regulatory board that could review these unfair practices.
