According to the cashier tab it said I reached my playthru and my balance was $1,000 and I was allowed to do a withdrawal. My noncashable bonus was $450 so I knew I would receive $550. I put in for my withdrawal and checked on it a week later, this past Sunday. My withdrawal got rejected so I went to customer service for an explanation. I was told my documents werent received. I had emailed them in so I resent them, no big deal. I reset up my withdrawal for $1,000 again. I went into my account this morning and my withdrawal got rejected again but my documents were received.
Off to customer service I went. I was told I was 1,000 short on my playthru but my tab had changed from amount of playthru needed to withdrawal amount. I knew I had played 19,550 which was like 10 more than I had to. I couldnt figure out why I needed an extra 1,000 playthru then I went to my account history took my total deposit and bonus and mutiplied it times my 40x and sure enough it comes to 20,540 not 19,540 like the software calculated in the 1st place. At 1st I was sitting here getting pissed off that I was getting screwed but after doing all the calculations the finance dept and customer service wasnt lying somehow the playthru tab had the wrong amount. I was wondering if this has happened somewhere in the past to anyone else. Now I have to sit here and spin and keep track of the number of spins that equal 1,000 more playthru because there is nowhere I can look up my new playthru total. Good luck to all of u.
