Ok...after thousands of dollars in loses, plus over a thousand dollars in FREE bonuses in the last week or two I've finally had enough at Jackpot Capital. I can't get ahead and even worse I can't get any playtime....with probably around $6000 in cash/deposit bonuses/free bonuses I'm still at station 3 if that tells you how much playback I get! I emailed support and requested my account to be closed and I uninstalled the casino from my computer....big deal right, I can always request to unlock my account and redownload the software....WRONG. My computer has some serious issues and only runs in safe mode meaning I can't download anything! That being said it is impossible for me to attempt to play again...or at least not until I fix my computer or get a new one...which I just might be able to do now that I can't blow it on tight slots. I considered this for days becuase I know how much I'm gonna WANT to play...but I also know that I'm never gonna win there so I followed my gut and cut my ties.....I hope the withdrawls don't get real bad for me, lol.

Ich habe dem Support eine E-Mail geschickt und die Schließung meines Kontos beantragt und das Casino von meinem Computer deinstalliert. Das ist eine große Sache, ich kann jederzeit die Entsperrung meines Kontos und den erneuten Download der Software beantragen. FALSCH. Mein Computer hat ernsthafte Probleme und läuft nur im abgesicherten Modus, was bedeutet, dass ich nichts herunterladen kann! Abgesehen davon ist es für mich unmöglich, noch einmal zu versuchen, zu spielen ... oder zumindest nicht, bis ich meinen Computer repariert oder einen neuen gekauft habe ... was mir jetzt, wo ich es nicht mehr schaffe, vielleicht noch gelingen könnte enge Schlitze. Ich habe tagelang darüber nachgedacht, weil ich weiß, wie sehr ich spielen WILL... aber ich weiß auch, dass ich dort nie gewinnen werde, also bin ich meinem Bauchgefühl gefolgt und habe mein Unentschieden abgebrochen ... Ich hoffe auf die Rückzüge Werde mir nicht wirklich böse, lol.

I had the same problem too satan with my laptop a couple years ago. I could not download anything. I had a good friend who is puter savvy look at it and he said it was definitely a something hung up and limbo and he couldn't find it.
Try using the free software available on the net that will completely clean your registry because more than likely something is attached and is preventing you to download. I can't remember what the name of the free software i used but it cured my problem.

Versuchen Sie es mit der im Internet verfügbaren kostenlosen Software, die Ihre Registrierung vollständig bereinigt, da höchstwahrscheinlich etwas angehängt ist und Sie am Herunterladen hindert. Ich kann mich nicht an den Namen der kostenlosen Software erinnern, die ich verwendet habe, aber sie hat mein Problem behoben.

you know what i do with cpu issues i just change it...lol....where i work we get new cpu every 3-4 years. They allow us to take it home if we want to, but most of them don't. so what i do is take home about 20 or so and when i have a problem with one i just change it.
Du weißt, was ich mit CPU-Problemen mache. Ich ändere sie einfach ... lol ... wo ich arbeite, bekommen wir alle 3-4 Jahre eine neue CPU. Sie erlauben uns, es mit nach Hause zu nehmen, wenn wir wollen, aber die meisten tun das nicht. Also nehme ich etwa 20 oder so mit nach Hause und wenn ich ein Problem mit einem habe, tausche ich es einfach aus.

i,m pretty sure the problem is a virus of some sort. i cant do annything st all in it. as soon as i start it up it starts dumpinng files and goes blue....safe mode seemed to work for a little while but as of yesterday that goes blue as well.....at least i have mi wii which gives me internet access

OK, I just finished. I had to disable my virus protection software so I could install it. I have Trend Micro Titanium and it took me 4 minutes to get the program disabled (Lot of searching for info at website) and so, now I can download and open the software. What a pain! (But great protection which will re-enable it's self in 30 min)
OK, ich bin gerade fertig. Ich musste meine Virenschutzsoftware deaktivieren, damit ich sie installieren konnte. Ich habe Trend Micro Titanium und es hat 4 Minuten gedauert, bis ich das Programm deaktiviert habe (viele Suche nach Informationen auf der Website) und jetzt kann ich die Software herunterladen und öffnen. Was für ein Schmerz! (Aber toller Schutz, der sich in 30 Minuten wieder aktiviert)
