On September 4, 2026, I submitted a redemption request for 750 SC. Sixty6 confirmed that the redemption
submission had been received and was being processed, and advised that processing and settlement could take up to seven business days. Rather than completing the redemption, Sixty6 later closed my account and stated that the decision was based on another account allegedly associated with me and an alleged multi-account violation.
Prior multi-account review was already addressed by Sixty6
In August 2025, Sixty6 identified what it described as potential multi-account activity. Its Anti-Fraud Team stated that it would reject the additional account and retain my primary account, account 73751.
I explained at that time that I had not intentionally tried to maintain multiple accounts. I commonly used Google or Facebook login options, and those login methods could sometimes create a new account automatically. I explained that I tried to cancel the unintended account and not use it.
Sixty6 then expressly instructed me: "Please be informed that you should use account 73751 for all future activity on our platform." After Sixty6 made that decision, I was blocked from logging into the rejected account. The only account I was thereafter able to access was the account Sixty6 left available for me to use. That account reflected my established activity and had reached VIP Level 2, which further confirmed to me that I was using the correct account.
Sixty6 subsequently verified the retained account and paid a prior redemption On August 9, 2025, after the multi-account issue had already been reviewed, Sixty6's Anti-Fraud Team informed me that verification of account 73751 had been successfully completed. Sixty6 stated that it had reviewed my documents, that "everything looks perfect", and that the account was verified and could use "all the features of our platform without any restrictions.
I relied on Sixty6's express instructions and continued using only the account it permitted me to access. Sixty6 then approved and paid a prior $100 redemption. My Varo statement shows an ACH credit dated September 15, 2025 for $100.00 described as "ACH Transfer From SIXTY6 SETTLEMENT."
Thus, Sixty6 had actual knowledge of the historical account issue, chose the account I was to use going forward, verified that account without restriction, allowed continued participation, and subsequently honored a redemption from it. The September 2026 750 SC redemption
In September 2026, a purchase provided 10 promotional SC and 30 promotional free spins. The free spins themselves produced only approximately $2-$3 in additional SC, leaving my balance at approximately $13. I then continued ordinary SC gameplay. Later I won approximately $400, continued playing through wins and losses, won additional amounts, and ultimately accumulated 750 eligible/redeemable SC.
I am not claiming that the 30 promotional free spins directly produced a $750 prize. They did not. The 750 SC balance resulted from subsequent gameplay after the initial promotional benefit had been played. Sixty6's system permitted me to submit the 750 SC redemption and then affirmatively confirmed receipt of the request for processing.
Basis of dispute If the account Sixty6 is relying upon in 2026 is the same historical account, or one of the accounts, already identified and addressed in August 2025, then using that previously addressed condition approximately one year later to cancel an accepted $750 redemption is inconsistent with Sixty6's prior instructions and conduct.
I followed Sixty6's direction regarding which account I was permitted to use. Sixty6 blocked the rejected account, left the designated account available, verified it without restrictions, accepted continued participation, and paid a previous redemption. I dispute Sixty6's asserted right to use that historical account condition as grounds to forfeit the September 2026 750 SC redemption in the attached conversation support stated that they had to reject the account under my other email address and that I needed to use the account of which i was using when I won the 750 on.
