Agent refused to add the bonus and lied about eligibility , sat in the chat for 23 minutes without responding to a single message all so he could leave a night when the coupon expired . I'm done with these caisnos customer service agents they are grown men that lie pathologically and because they are such beta's in real life it makes them feel good when they can refuse to give somebody something that they are eligible for because they think their safe behind a keyboard . How emabrsssing is that ? I got chat logs for proof , he's doing exactly what I described and the casino is to lazy to do a fuckin thing about it besides add the bonus after the fact but guess what? They had to already add it themselves because of agent lying and refusing last week so they know it's continuous problem . Joined the chat at 11:44 took ten minutes to say I wasn't eligible and then didn't respond to another message and left at 11:59. So he sat in the chat for a half hour trying to waste my time and not let another agent be able to join so he wouldn't get caught doing what he was doing , but I email myself every chatscriot because when dealing with little beta males they will always try to be sneaky and yoh have to understand that it won't make sense to a actually grown man why somebody would ever want to be sneaky but that's because you have a back bone and don't let people push you around in life these guys have no ability to defend themselves in real life they need to do these type of embarrassing actions in order to feel like they aren't that little bitch they see everytime they look in tne mirror even if it's only for 5 seconds before reality slaps them back in the face

Man muss verstehen, dass ein erwachsener Mann nicht nachvollziehen kann, warum jemand sich hinterhältig verhalten sollte. Aber das liegt daran, dass man Rückgrat hat und sich nicht herumschubsen lässt. Diese Typen können sich im echten Leben nicht verteidigen. Sie müssen solche peinlichen Aktionen ausführen, um sich nicht wie die kleine Memme zu fühlen, die sie jedes Mal sehen, wenn sie in den Spiegel schauen – und sei es nur für fünf Sekunden, bevor die Realität sie wieder einholt.

Don't bother hun the code has already expired they aren't going to honor it either way , it has nothing to do with deposits you made last week it's just having 30$ deposited after the week resets on Sunday . Lass es lieber, Schatz, der Code ist abgelaufen, den werden sie sowieso nicht mehr einlösen. Das hat nichts mit deinen Einzahlungen von letzter Woche zu tun, sondern nur damit, dass du 30 $ eingezahlt hast, nachdem die Woche am Sonntag zurückgesetzt wurde. I deposited yesterday and found out then that I couldn't claim goat30 or grab66. I found out today that ive done more than the allowed 3 promos. Which would have been 4. Were allowed 5. So anything would be voided. Chat said they've been giving out too many free promos. I think all 3 promos combined yielded $5. And that was lucky. My daily 30 spins for depositing yesterday won me 0.28. Done.
