However, I feel there is an important part of my complaint that has not been fully considered.
My concern is not simply that a duplicate-account rule existed. My concern is how and when Zizobet chose to apply that rule in my particular circumstances.
I have evidence which I believe shows that Zizobet was already aware of the duplicate-account issue before I claimed and used the bonus.
If Zizobet already knew about the duplicate account at that point, why was I still allowed to use the bonus? They could have restricted the account, prevented me from claiming the promotion, or at the very least warned me that I was not eligible before I played.
Instead, I had verified my account, the account remained active, and I was allowed to claim and use the promotion without being given any warning or explanation that I was prohibited from doing so.
There are also important timing issues which I would like LCB to consider. My withdrawal remained pending for nearly a day before the matter was acted upon. I was then asked to complete further KYC at approximately 16:46, and my balance of £778.29 was removed at approximately 16:55 — around nine minutes later.
I appreciate that the existence of the duplicate account is relevant. I am not asking LCB to ignore Zizobet’s Terms and Conditions. I am asking whether it is fair to apply those terms retrospectively in circumstances where the operator allegedly knew about the issue beforehand but nevertheless allowed me to participate.
I believe the evidence I have provided shows that this is not simply a case of Zizobet discovering a duplicate account after I had won. The timing is fundamentally different if Zizobet already knew beforehand and had the opportunity to prevent the bonus from being used.
I would therefore be grateful if LCB could specifically consider:
• When Zizobet first became aware of the duplicate account.
• What action they took after becoming aware of it.
• Why my account remained active and eligible for the promotion.
• Why I was not warned or prevented from using the bonus.
• Why the withdrawal was allowed to remain pending for nearly a day.
• Why the £778.29 was removed approximately nine minutes after the further KYC request.
I am not trying to avoid responsibility for the Terms and Conditions. I am asking for the circumstances and the operator’s conduct to be considered alongside the existence of the rule.
I would really appreciate LCB taking another look at this specific aspect, particularly because I have evidence supporting the timing of when Zizobet knew about the duplicate account.
I remain willing to resolve this matter directly and reasonably, including through a goodwill resolution if Zizobet is prepared to consider one.

Ich verfüge über Beweise, die meiner Ansicht nach belegen, dass Zizobet bereits vor meiner Inanspruchnahme und Nutzung des Bonus von dem Problem mit den Doppelkonten wusste.
Wenn Zizobet zu diesem Zeitpunkt bereits von dem Duplikatkonto wusste, warum durfte ich den Bonus dann trotzdem nutzen? Sie hätten das Konto sperren, mich an der Inanspruchnahme der Aktion hindern oder mich zumindest vor dem Spielen darauf hinweisen können, dass ich nicht teilnahmeberechtigt bin.
Stattdessen hatte ich mein Konto verifiziert, das Konto blieb aktiv, und ich durfte die Werbeaktion in Anspruch nehmen und nutzen, ohne dass mir eine Warnung oder Erklärung gegeben wurde, dass mir dies untersagt sei.
Es gibt auch wichtige zeitliche Probleme, die LCB meiner Meinung nach berücksichtigen sollte. Meine Auszahlung blieb fast einen Tag lang ausstehend, bevor sie bearbeitet wurde. Gegen 16:46 Uhr wurde ich dann aufgefordert, weitere KYC-Informationen zu sammeln, und mein Guthaben von 778,29 £ wurde gegen 16:55 Uhr – also etwa neun Minuten später – abgebucht.
Mir ist bewusst, dass die Existenz des Duplikatkontos relevant ist. Ich verlange von LCB nicht, die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen von Zizobet zu ignorieren. Ich frage mich lediglich, ob es gerechtfertigt ist, diese Bedingungen rückwirkend anzuwenden, wenn der Betreiber angeblich von dem Problem wusste, mir aber dennoch die Teilnahme ermöglichte.
Ich bin überzeugt, dass die von mir vorgelegten Beweise zeigen, dass es sich hier nicht einfach um einen Fall handelt, in dem Zizobet erst nach meinem Gewinn ein Duplikatkonto entdeckt hat. Der Zeitpunkt wäre grundlegend anders, wenn Zizobet bereits vorher davon gewusst und die Möglichkeit gehabt hätte, die Nutzung des Bonus zu verhindern.
Ich wäre Ihnen daher dankbar, wenn LCB Folgendes konkret berücksichtigen könnte:
• Als Zizobet zum ersten Mal von dem doppelten Konto erfuhr.
• Welche Maßnahmen sie ergriffen, nachdem sie davon Kenntnis erlangt hatten.
• Warum mein Konto aktiv blieb und weiterhin für die Werbeaktion berechtigt war.
• Warum ich nicht gewarnt oder daran gehindert wurde, den Bonus zu nutzen.
• Warum die Auszahlung fast einen Tag lang ausstehend blieb.
• Warum die 778,29 £ etwa neun Minuten nach der weiteren KYC-Anfrage abgebucht wurden.
Ich versuche nicht, mich der Verantwortung für die Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen zu entziehen. Ich bitte lediglich darum, die Umstände und das Verhalten des Betreibers neben der bestehenden Regel zu berücksichtigen.
Ich würde es sehr begrüßen, wenn LCB diesen speziellen Aspekt noch einmal genauer unter die Lupe nähme, insbesondere weil ich Beweise dafür habe, wann Zizobet von dem Duplikatkonto wusste.
