I am trying to redeem from Wow Vegas. I have been depositing for months, and I moved since i first opened up the account, so I have been verified by my ID, but my address needed to be updated on my actual Wow account. I emailed them 7 days ago to change my address and get unlocked (because during all of this, I didn't know that my old address was on my account, so i kept submitting my document with my utility bill, and submitted too many times and I am locked out now), and their customer service says they will get back to you within 48 hours. They finally replied yesterday, after 6 days, but replied that they had good news and I was verified but that they needed me to confirm the correct address. I did that, and I am still locked out. I can't withdraw money and I can't even play because my account is locked. I don't want to have to wait another 7 days considering when I deposit money, they take it immediately. I have a balance of $5300 and I didn't use any bonuses or promotions when i deposited the money. I am just frustrated because i have been waiting over a week to try and make a withdrawl and it shouldn't take this long. Please help! Is there any other way to contact customer service? they have all the information they need, all they have to do is push the button.
