I am submitting this complaint against Vemabet regarding €7,761 in funds that I have not received.
My Vemabet account displayed a real-money balance of €7,761.00, with €0.00 bonus balance.
On 25 June 2026, I requested a withdrawal of €2,761 through Skrill. Vemabet sent me an email confirming that the withdrawal request had been received.
On 7 July 2026 at 13:17, Vemabet sent me an email confirming that my KYC verification had been successfully completed. The email specifically stated that I could use all account features without restrictions, including withdrawals.
One minute later, at 13:18, Vemabet confirmed receipt of a second Skrill withdrawal request for €5,000.
The two withdrawal requests therefore total exactly €7,761.
Neither €2,761 nor €5,000 was received in my Skrill account. Both withdrawal requests were subsequently cancelled.
I also have a screenshot from my Vemabet account showing:
– Total balance: €7,761.00
– Bonus balance: €0.00
– Real balance: €7,761.00
I subsequently contacted Vemabet support seeking an explanation. On 29 August 2026, a support agent named “Vitaly” told me that the cancelled withdrawal funds had allegedly been returned to my Vemabet balance and that those funds were subsequently used for gambling, leaving the balance at €0.
However, Vemabet did not provide any transaction history, betting records, dates, games, amounts, bet IDs or other documentary evidence supporting this allegation.
I dispute this explanation and have specifically requested the records necessary to verify it.
My account is now inaccessible. When I attempt to log in to Vemabet, the website displays the message “Conta bloqueada” (“Account blocked”). I have a screenshot documenting this.
On 11 September 2026, I sent Vemabet a detailed formal request for the complete account and transaction history. Among other things, I requested:
– the complete account ledger and transaction history;
– complete records of both withdrawals and their cancellations;
– the reason and date/time of each cancellation;
– records showing the alleged return of the funds to my balance;
– every bet/transaction through which Vemabet claims the €7,761 was subsequently gambled, including dates, amounts, games/events, IDs and results;
– the balance immediately before and after the withdrawals were cancelled;
– records concerning the blocking/restriction of my account.
Vemabet replied only that my request was being reviewed by its team and that I would receive an update after the review was completed. As of the date of this complaint, I have not been provided with the requested account or betting records.
I have also filed a formal complaint through the Anjouan licensing complaint mechanism.
I am asking LCB to contact Vemabet and assist in resolving this dispute.
I request either:
1. Payment of the €7,761 owed to me; or
2. If Vemabet maintains that the €7,761 was returned to my balance and subsequently gambled, production of the complete verifiable account ledger and individual betting/transaction records demonstrating exactly how, when and where the entire €7,761 was used.
I can provide documentary evidence supporting the above, including the balance screenshot, withdrawal confirmation emails, successful KYC confirmation, account-blocked screenshot, correspondence with Vemabet support, my formal request for the account records, Vemabet's response to that request, and the Anjouan complaint confirmation.
I respectfully ask LCB to contact the casino representative and investigate this matter.
Streitsumme: 7.761€

Fall Nr.: 4694
