I met all the bonus requirements, made a $10 deposit as necessary for the KYC... I managed to win $50 and was able to complete the account verification process. I submitted a Cashapp Bitcoin Lighting withdrawal request. When you are generating an invoice ID for this, they request you put the exact amount. I entered $60 as that matched the amount requested through the Ronin Slots website to be withdrawn. I submitted the $60 amount which was approved by them. Then they claim they paid the invoice with $59.97 which they know, since they presumably process these all day, that by underfunding the invoice it will cause it to fail to process. This returns the invoice payment back to the sender. It seems clear they are well aware that the amounts have to match exactly as this is a key part of the bitcoin payment process. By changing it by just $0.03, they know it would cause a payment failure. So far emails to support have not received replies in over 24 hours. Their online chat claims that $59.97 was paid without any admission for how the mismatched amounts can cause a failure. I am still waiting on support to follow up and admit their mistake so they can correct it. My guess is this was done intentionally and I would wonder if it happens more often than just to me. If their support resolves their error then I will update it here that has been done. Otherwise, play with caution.
