I've ran into a situation that's a little bit more serious than most I read about on these boards and it happens to be with the infamous and popular Mr O casino that I actually held in my top 3 until a few days ago. Is there any way we can actually enter a chat to discuss it? Maybe a private chat through WhatsApp or anything for that matter- I don't really care which way we communicate but this is something I'd absolutely love to discuss all at once within a 5-10 minute period instead of replying back to each other every other day. This is different than the jokers at Slots Garden stealing my wife's info and money and then stripping her meager bonus funds based on multiple bonuses. She actually claimed a bonus and won a $1,000 after being a member for about 6 months but then Mr. O all in all ended up at first harassing her about her documents approval in which was already approved months ago in which we thought was strange in its self.... this went on for hours because I read all the emails until finally when they realized they needed a different reason to deny her which was saying she claimed the same bonus as someone under the same IP address which I believe her mom actually did claim a bonus earlier that morning but that's still no excuse to screw her out of the deposit as well. In my opinion, they owe her $1,100 and a sincere apology because the only reason she's been staying at her moms anyway is because her dad is terminal and mom is a retired teacher on disability. They then stripped the winnings and then placed her $100 deposit back on the casino account and would not give her a refund until she wagered it once. Ultimately that amount never met the 1X wager requirement because the games went ice cold- more than likely because she just cashed out 1k of Monopoly money. I just need your honest advice on if it's worth the time and effort, what it entails, etc... thanks again. PS- her and I both have all the emails and excuses and whatever else you may need for these fake crooks to at least reimburse her deposit. That was true chickensh*t deeds they committed. If it was the IP thing all along- they should've been transparent about it from the beginning... not try to deny her with verification tactics. By them doing that, whatever reason they come up with afterwards should be null and void. Reach out to me via email (jjodray22@gmail.com) if you would.. if not, I'll be back on here to check as well. Hope to read from you soon. ps- I posted this on our old thread that had to do with my first complaint and I never heard back. It has now been 3 weeks since this incident occurred but have all emails and screen shots proving they were going to deny the withdrawal and then keep her deposit at all cost. This should be an easy solve and I couldn't believe what I was reading and how Mr O support was willing to put themselves out there like they did- if anyone on this planet read the conversations I d- they would never deposit there again. If that's what it takes in the end, so be it. I'm willing to post this stuff on all websites and message boards, reviews until my dying days just to make sure they lose atleast a few hundred of potential gamers per month as long as I breath unless they resolve this. Trust pilot is in the midst of an investigation based on the emails they sent out to thousands of users bribing them to leave an "honest review" on trustpilot for free spins. This is a huge NONO, especially since most of these emails went out to new customers whom hadn't been members long enough to give an honest review. I will be the beginning and the end of this casino and it's generic gimmick ridden sister casinos becoming black listed. Please reach out to me Jovana
