Wild Vegas Exklusiver LCB-Bonus NICHT AUSZAHLBAR???

I recently contacted the live support at Wild vegas casino as concerns the 800% exclusive lcb bonus. They told me that, said bonus is non-cashable and not cashable as written on the Lcb site here. Did anyone have a similar response and can someone from Lcb look into this? Thanks

Thanks Admin for speedy reply. I had already deposited and claimed bonus with the conviction that it was cashable as written here. However when I contacted live support to check my playthrough, I was told by operator that it was a non cashable bonus, he also posted a link with promo rules https://www.wildvegascasino.com/rules.php. Here it is written that all bonuses above 100% are sticky. Let me know the results of your investigation and thanks again for your interest in the matter.

A little off  the subject here... But is there a section for defining terms such as "sticky"?

I was hoping the 10x max cash out was 10x the bonus not the deposit.

Only because I won over $7000.

Seems this bonus is indeed non cashable ... Ive updated the casino review accordingly.

Successfully completed play-through and made withdrawal request for max cashout 10x. Don't know how long it takes for payout as it is my first time playing with them. Does anybody know if they are fast or super slow on payouts?
