Hi Ingrid,
i didn´t cancell my withdraw on 9k. Cool cat approved 1k of 5k on a check withdrawel and cancelled at the same time another check withdraw on 5k.
Even if i´ve cancelled withdrawels i have always had one or two pending withdrawels that i have been saving to speed up the withdrawel process!

Actually, and please tell your friends if they're from Netherlands as well, this casino doesn't allow free chips for players of your country:

I recently have been playing at the "Cool Cat Casino", games were interesting and fun. However I made a withdrawl request on 12/10/09 for my winnings, i have yet to recieve anything and money still shows pending. they stated 7 to 10 days well it is now almost 30 days. i get excuses like behind on payments, holidays ect... if i even get through to them. Yes, the rest of your withdrawal was re-requested in the amounts of the installments that will be approved and the requests will stay pending until then. This is your money so it must be kept in your account; your next installment will be approved 7 to 10 business days after the first one and so on.

I know that is the biggest battel to get done. There is no telling how long it could take to hit my quicktender. Sorry to be a pain.

Today is the 10th day which means your installment should be approved today; Customer Service doesn't have details regarding specific withdrawals, they just give approximates and in this case I imagine they were giving some extra time in case there was a delay, sometimes they do that, especially when it's installments because time frames vary depending on different factors such as player class, location of the player, etc.
If you wish you can send me a PM whenever you have a question, I do have access to specific details (I help out a few players that contact me instead of hundreds, like them) so I'll be happy to check up on things for you.

I was told you work with prism but that you may also know who to contact in order to help.
