I have seen very little good stated about this group of casinos since joining the forum..
I must say now with experience with these people..
There must be some accountability expressed in their assets possibly..
The deposits are very easy to make , the withdrawals if lucky enough to accumulate actual winnings, i can't say anything for but i am certain they are in line with the rest of the industry as delayed and tactful.
I can say that the support when chatting is very upsetting , sometimes taking obvious preference to a favorite class of customer, while attending supposedly to your chat .
The other obvious aspect of preferred treatment is the availabilty of bonuses given to indivduals fairly and regularly. For even a decent chunk of deposits.
These two groups of Vegas Tech SOFTWARE casinos, share the same governing authority as i understand .. entertaining , very tight , sky rocket bonuses in slots very very few and far between but i am sure they are there. It isn't the software however that is the problem as it is close to a real land based average. It is the irreputable behavior and treatment that this particular group has me wondering .. is it indeed teetering on rogue classification ?

I like the software too, but total dislike of payout percentages and real probability they employ false advertising on their "big winners".

Also, whenever I request the bonus, 100% of the time, the incorrect amount is applied after I make the deposit.  I confirm the bonus amount before and after deposit but after they actually credit the account, the bonus applied IS ALWAYS wrong.  Intentional??? Probably, because it happens ALL THE TIME!  Really annoying. >:(

There has not been a high level of players experiences with this group. But i always thought that they had a good reputation. The software is outstanding but for me personally they didn't accept my preferred method of deposit therefore i never played there other then the freerolls.

The highest level of player feedback seems to be RTG and Rival. Most likely because the number of free chips they offer. But i have often wondered why there was not a higher percentage of players talking about their experiences here.
