Raging Bull is one of those casinos that only allows you to win on a bonus because they don't payout on bonuses. I regularly deposit $50-100 and never get it up considerably. I got a $50 free chip with a $2000 play through and I was pretty stoked that I was at about $1000 by the time I got close to $2000 play through. One second my balance is 900 something the next thing I know it's dropped to $40. Turns out after your $2000 play through they subtract any winnings you've made above their $50 bonus payout. And good luck getting up to $1000 on an actual deposit it's rare.
But I play a lot so the first time I get my balance up to $400/500 I withdrawal. I add a crypto wallet address, do the necessary verification and they say it's on its way. 3 weeks later nothing so I enquire and they inform me they only accept a few obscure crypto wallets I've never heard of and my pics aren't clear enough although I used scanned images of my id they couldn't have possibly been more clear. This is after 3 weeks of them constantly trying to get me to cancel withdrawal and add to balance which I constantly denied. During those 3 weeks you're also not eligible for any of your cash back, free spins or bonuses. They really hammer it home not to withdrawal or they will make you regret it. And this whole time missing out on bonuses I've paid in for they said it was processing it never was. They added the $400 back to my avail balance.
it took another 10 days and several hours to download and the necessary unknown crypto app and start an account plus send them countless emails verifying my case #, bitcoin address, email, raging bull account # and pics of ID. Let's see if in a few more weeks they manage to slip out of paying me again.
also they have a number but no one works there it says it's outside of business hours all the time and good luck leaving a voicemail I probably left a dozen and didn't get a single response.
it's not a casino so much as a scam designed to make it impossible to cash out.
the worst online casino experience I've ever had!
