I cant access Live Chat for some reason. It comes up with a box, asking for name etc and reason for chat. Then submit. So I did all that, and then it closes and thats it. Advice please

Hi Melcb: Update about my last post...I did get the bonus this morning, when i was "offline". So my suggestion is to get the bonus people either sign up during the hrs live chat is open or be patient n leave the info they need and they will respond. So thanks once again to you and thank you 10Bet.
P.S Luvd the game but it didn't last long, so i will be giving it a try in the very near futur.
