I used to play alot on Winsroyal, however, since the last few months they have been unable to process my withdrawals. Their support email seems to not be working since the only answers I get are from live chat. And the live chat is giving me the same answer "your withdrawal will be checked and processed soon" but never stating a reason on the delay. Do not play on this site. Never had a casino experience worse than this.
