I have a similar problem with uniontrade, to withdraw my funds I need to go to 3 step cerification of my account first I have to deposit 0.05, then for a premium cerification I have to deposit 0.1 and then because I live in a high risk country I have to make a 0.3 insurance deposit. Absurd
