REGISTRATION
Filling in a simple form was the first thing our tester did to create an account at Pin Up Casino. The next step was to complete his profile, and that’s where the first obstacle emerged- his phone number wasn’t accepted.
To find out why the system would accept his number, the tester reached out to the live chat support team. The agent suggested the problem might be a missing digit, but that wasn’t the case- there were indeed 9, not 10 digits in the tester’s phone number. Clearing the cache was the next fix the live chat agent provided, but there was no success. Rebooting the device was the next suggestion.
A bit later, the tester accessed his profile again, tried to complete it, but the issue with the number was still there. The live agent he reached out to spotted the problem- an extra cipher in the area code. All the tester had to do was remove the problematic 0, and the problem was gone.
As soon as he typed in his number, the tester was notified that “Confirmation or editing of the phone number is possible after making a deposit”. He checked with a live chat agent whether that could be done before a deposit is made, but it turned out it couldn’t.
KYC
After successfully completing his profile the tester went on to verify his identity. He was supposed to take a photo of his passport, but unfortunately, his camera on the computer simply refused to cooperate.
A couple of days later, he figured out verification via smartphone would be a good alternative, and it turned out it was. The document was approved the next day.
DEPOSIT
as soon as his identity was verified the tester went on to fund the account. He deposited USD 200 in Bitcoin via the Exodus wallet. Expressed in Bitcoin, the deposit amount was 0.0019089 BTC.
GAMEPLAY
Being a fan of NetEnt’s games the tester opened his gaming session with Jack and Beanstalk Remastered, activating the Buy Feature several times. The most notable wins during this game were the ones amounting to USD 43.71 and USD 44.60.
Continuing to explore games from the same studio, he also checked out Jack and the Beanstalk, Blood Suckers 2, Koi Princess, Jack Hammer 2, and Gonzo's Quest.
WITHDRAWAL & CUSTOMER SUPPORT
Before requesting a withdrawal the tester verified his phone number. He then placed a request to cash out USD 52 in BTC via Exodus wallet, the same one he opted for when making a deposit.
Checking the FAQ, players shall notice that withdrawals are processed instantly if the verification is completed and if a player has successfully cashed out before. Otherwise, the process may take approximately two days.
Even more than that went by without the request getting processed, so the tester approached the cashier to check the status of his request. It turned out the transaction was cancelled. Getting in touch with live chat support, he was given detailed instructions on which documents are needed for additional account verification.
Namely, the tester was supposed to submit a detailed bank statement for the card/ wallet used to deposit, with the first and last 4 digits visible. The statement should feature details on transactions covering all deposits.
Having noted that he actually used Bitcoin to deposit, the tester was given other instructions. Instead of the bank statement, he was supposed to submit a screenshot of his personal wallet along with the screenshot of the transaction and the transaction hash (TxID).
After attempting to submit the requested documents via live chat, he was eventually told to switch to email and complete the verification. On July 9, 2025, he sent an email containing a screenshot of his deposit, transaction ID, and the hash.
On the very same day, a response arrived, requiring the tester to provide a screenshot of his personal account of the wallet from which he made the deposit.
He did so two days later, but on the very same day, the casino responded, clarifying that he should submit a screenshot of his personal wallet account, not the main screen.
Since the Exodus wallet the tester made a deposit which doesn’t show the user’s personal data, for privacy and safety reasons, such a screenshot couldn’t be provided. To his explanation, the casino responded that the tester’s withdrawal request cannot be taken into consideration due to the lack of this info.
The tester never managed to cash out USD 52 in BTC.
CONCLUSION
Yes, things did get interesting, but nowhere near positively interesting!
After four tests showing progress, we thought Pin Up Casino was finally on track. But the fifth test? Not so much.
Registration, KYC, deposit, and gameplay- all of these stages were relatively smooth until the withdrawal time approached. The tester’s $52 Bitcoin withdrawal got canceled due to missing verification, even though the same wallet was used for both deposit and withdrawal.
The issue? Exodus doesn’t show personal info, which is why the tester couldn’t provide the required screenshot. If casinos are going to accept crypto, they need to adapt to that. After all, there are many alternative ways to verify a player’s identity, so the casino could have put more effort into resolving the situation to the player’s satisfaction.

Der Tester sollte einen detaillierten Kontoauszug der für die Einzahlung verwendeten Karte/Wallet vorlegen, auf dem die ersten und letzten vier Ziffern sichtbar sein sollten. Der Kontoauszug sollte Details zu den Transaktionen aller Einzahlungen enthalten.
Nachdem der Tester festgestellt hatte, dass er tatsächlich Bitcoin zur Einzahlung verwendet hatte, erhielt er andere Anweisungen. Statt des Kontoauszugs sollte er einen Screenshot seines persönlichen Wallets zusammen mit dem Screenshot der Transaktion und dem Transaktions-Hash (TxID) einreichen.
Nachdem er versucht hatte, die angeforderten Dokumente per Live-Chat einzureichen, wurde ihm schließlich gesagt, er solle per E-Mail die Verifizierung abschließen. Am 9. Juli 2025 schickte er eine E-Mail mit einem Screenshot seiner Einzahlung, der Transaktions-ID und dem Hash.
Noch am selben Tag kam eine Antwort, in der der Tester aufgefordert wurde, einen Screenshot seines persönlichen Kontos der Wallet bereitzustellen, von der er die Einzahlung vorgenommen hatte.
Dies tat er zwei Tage später, doch noch am selben Tag antwortete das Casino und stellte klar, dass er einen Screenshot seines persönlichen Wallet-Kontos und nicht des Hauptbildschirms einreichen solle.
Da der Tester eine Einzahlung über das Exodus-Wallet getätigt hat, auf dem die persönlichen Daten des Benutzers nicht zu sehen sind, konnte aus Datenschutz- und Sicherheitsgründen kein solcher Screenshot bereitgestellt werden. Auf seine Erklärung antwortete das Casino, dass der Auszahlungsantrag des Testers aufgrund des Fehlens dieser Informationen nicht berücksichtigt werden könne.
Dem Tester ist es nie gelungen, 52 USD in BTC auszuzahlen.
ABSCHLUSS
Ja, es wurde interessant, aber bei weitem nicht wirklich interessant!
Nach vier Tests, die Fortschritte zeigten, dachten wir, Pin Up Casino sei endlich auf dem richtigen Weg. Aber beim fünften Test? Nicht so sehr.
