They were but now switched to Top game just like a few other previous Rival casinos like Box 24.
Ich dachte, es wäre RIVAL-Software? NEIN?
Sie wurden jedoch nun auf Top-Spiele umgestellt, genau wie einige andere frühere Rival-Casinos wie Box 24.

Box 24, Black Diamond and Spartan Slots are all the same group and have switched to TopGame Software. In fact Black Diamond started out as Top Game and then switched to Rival now back to TopGame....And most people are having trouble logging in with the new password.
It took 5 passwords to finally log into Box 24 and so far we have tried more than that for Black Diamond with no luck :-(Box 24, Black Diamond und Spartan Slots sind alle zur gleichen Gruppe und sind zu TopGame Software gewechselt. Tatsächlich begann Black Diamond als Top Game und wechselte dann zu Rival, jetzt wieder zu TopGame ... Und die meisten Leute haben Probleme, sich mit dem neuen Passwort anzumelden.
Es brauchte 5 Passwörter, um sich endlich bei Box 24 anzumelden, und bisher haben wir mehr als das für Black Diamond versucht, ohne Erfolg :-( -

I created a new account at both black diamond and box 24 using the same email address and same personal information.
Ich habe sowohl bei Black Diamond als auch bei Box 24 ein neues Konto mit derselben E-Mail-Adresse und denselben persönlichen Daten erstellt.

I heard you're supposed to wait for an email from them, if you already have/had accounts with them, when they were "Rival" because then you will have duplicate accounts and when they figure that out, they won't pay you and/or close your accounts all together.

Ich habe gehört, dass man auf eine E-Mail von ihnen warten soll, wenn man bereits Konten bei ihnen hat/hatte, als sie noch „Rivale“ waren, weil man dann doppelte Konten hat und wenn sie das herausfinden, werden sie einen nicht bezahlen und/oder alle Konten schließen. -

Yes this is what I heard too barbie! My old password won't work anyway and when I try to create a new account it says it appears this email is already in our system. So I will just have to wait for them to figure it out...
Ja, das habe ich auch gehört, Barbie! Mein altes Passwort funktioniert sowieso nicht und wenn ich versuche, ein neues Konto zu erstellen, wird mir angezeigt, dass diese E-Mail bereits in unserem System vorhanden ist. Also muss ich einfach warten, bis sie es herausfinden ...
