I submitted for kyc and it got rejected as documents weren't accepted but in their AML terms it clearly states Driver's license, govt issued id cards are supported. I contacted the support agent got no proper response as they didn't even respond about what documents are actually required. No email from their support team too about the kyc issue. Chat agent it's system issue but not responding why documents were rejected as their AML kyc policy clearly says it's valid.
They have a post in Bitcointalk where they waiver kyc for Bitcointalk hero and above users so it's clearly not a system issue. So they are actively trying to block kyc to withold winnings.
