I registered with the casino using Bank ID. During the registration process, the system automatically created an email address for my account, and I was unable to change it afterwards.
I contacted customer support via live chat and requested that my registered email address be changed to my personal email address.
I was instructed to send an email to kyc@felicebet.com containing my personal details. I followed those instructions and sent the requested information. In the same email, I also clearly requested the permanent closure of my account becouse of my gambling problem
On 1 June 2026, I sent a second email to both kyc@felicebet.com and customercare@felicebet.com.
On 3 June 2026, I received the following response from FeliceBet: “Dear, Thank you for reaching out to us. In order to be able to assist you in the best way possible, we kindly ask you to reach us from your registered e-mail address. We are looking forward to your reply! Regards, Customer Support”
This response made no sense because I had already fully verified my identity and had contacted the casino exactly as instructed. Furthermore, the reason I had contacted support in the first place was that I could not access or change the automatically generated registered email address.
Despite my explicit request for permanent account closure, the casino left my account open.
On 5 June 2026, I relapsed and gambled more than €4,000. The deposits were successfully processed even though my bank card has gambling blocks enabled. The payments apparently went through because the casino used an incorrect MCC (Merchant Category Code).
As a result of these suspicious transactions, my bank has now blocked my card. I subsequently asked the casino why I had been allowed to continue gambling when I had already requested permanent account closure and had even received a response from customer support on 3 June 2026.
Shortly after my inquiry, and within less than 30 minutes, the casino permanently blocked my account. In my view, the casino failed to act on my clear and explicit request for permanent self-exclusion/account closure, despite having received my emails and responding to me before the gambling activity occurred. the casino is not answering me they ignore all emails. no one is answering me i have lot of more evidence and screenshots
