It usually takes 7 to 10 business days for the withdrawal to be approved plus another 7 to 10 business days for funds to be sent. However, the process is a little delayed, and to make matters worse, there are holidays these two weeks in some countries around the world (due to Holy Week) and this affects the payment processors we use, delaying the process further.
There was no need to re-send your documents, they were already on file. Your withdrawal will be approved and sent to you as soon as possible.

The problem was, that Slots of Vegas didnt have MB as withdraw method - I even asked of that, but no luck -> so I opened Neteller account to get the money. Well, I prefer MB, so this is better.. however, for future, it would be nice if I can chose to withdraw to MB myself.
But the best thing here is that the waiting is over. Thank you so much for clearing this up with me! Im so glad that I found this topic and you, and your response were this fast and the result was instant.

Maybe this isn't the right place for this but seems as good a place as any. To skip a lot of details, my husband moved out and left lots of messes for me to clean up. My computer and many many online casinos (these in particular) contained so many duplicate logins that it took well over an hour for me to make my first round of deletions. I was the one who was gambling online- he was jealous. The only time he ever deposited anywhere was when he took 25 bucks of mine he was supposed to put into a bingo site for me and spun a few minutes of Paydirt! instead.
At first I did't mind too much, but then my internet connection was getting bogged down on my laptop while he zipped away in another room on my PC. Then, even though I had certified at many and deposited at some, I was getting my coupon codes rejected, while he was spinning Ronin happily.
He kept going back to the same codes and they were getting accepted and I was getting nowhere. All he wanted to do was beat the playthrough! But he never cashed out and never would. He tried a few times and was denied. I made my playthroughs a few times and sent my docs and waited just to see a few weeks later the manager took my money. No explanation, but I suspected it may have be
en due to my husband, the casino whore. Casino reps were calling him all the time telling him they didn't care how many accounts he had just DEPOSIT at one already!
Ingrid, there were at least and up to probably 9 different logins for him stored in my registry for each of his accounts at each of your and any other casino he could get his name into.
And here I am, can't get any of the codes to work for me. They just came out and they already say they've been redeemed. And during the cleanup I accidentally deleted some of my logins and darned if I didn't accidentally register an additional account and immediately got locked out. Lucky I had my authorization form from Palace of Chance that has 10 sites and my usernames listed so I was able to avoid creating duplicates at these. I hope some new casinos open up so I have a chance to play and/or cashout!
PS just finished talking with another casino...
okay this isn't funny. Now everyone is jumping on the bandwagon to close my accounts. And Jake walks around without a care. He doesn't even have a computer, or a home. I worked hard to have what I have, and fought hard to keep any of it from his pawn-shop loving hands. I'm not mad at the casinos, but just even more disgusted with him. This bites. I think this is 4 sites now which have terminated me. I feel really discouraged. This is like calling the police but they didn't see him do anything so well, he can do what he wants. And I have to not only put up with that but also know he is laughing because he is ruining the only thing I have left for entertainment and profit. It takes 7 to 10 business days for the Finance department to process you withdrawal, send it to the third party payment processor and for them to send it to you.
Please know your withdrawal amount is over the maximum limit set by MoneyGram, so it will be sent by check instead.

$1,500 is in cases when depending on where the player lives, MoneyGram is the best option (we can only send checks to the US and Canada).
MoneyGram's maximum limit is under $1,000, so it would need to be split in two payments and they can't be sent one after the other one, so it would actually take longer than simply sending you a check.

Overnight express is just the name of a payment method, it doesn't mean that it's sent overnight. It is sent by check through FedEx, it takes a couple of days to reach you once it's sent.
The fee varies depending on the third party processor that sends your withdrawal and the amount. It will be around $65 most likely.

I have thought about it along time. I was trying to get over the anger. I was treated rudely by your staff. Instead of your customer service solving a problem I was told to write an email. I think one out of 5 was ever answered. And it was answered by staff and it should have been a manager. (that’s who I addressed it too) that's who I was told to address it to.
I take time and read the rules and or call customer service and ask for the rules as they apply – I had more than one occasion when there were no rules to be found, or the rules read to me weren't the ones I read. In the case of the rules-> I am talking about the tournament rules – I believe the tournaments were are on the prism casino site --one of your casino sites. 1st there were no rules at all called customer service to ask than some rules were put up I read them at least twice. I didn't break any of the rules I read at all. I finally was told by customer service there was a limit on how many free tournaments I could play- when I ask why I could no longer play. In the rules they said there was no limit ON how many or how many times you played a particular tournament. The other players were playing multiple tournaments also. I played one tournament for $ 30.00. I could not ever get the game window to come up. I was never able to play. The amount was deducted from my account but it was never refunded to me. I was told to send emails – they were never answered. I was told if I deposited that I could play one more free tournament. That never happened. I think I deposited twice after that. when I ask why I still wasn't allowed to play any more free tournament's I got some non-answer like send an email or come back later or they didn't know why.
I have never withdrawn any money from any of your casinos ever. I ask if I was allowed to withdrawal. I was told yes.
I went thru the withdrawal process for 3 weeks until I told I couldn't withdrawal anything and instead of $300.00 I was going withdrawal there was $1.00 in my account. I guess you all saved that money.
I will not deposit any more any to any of your casinos ever. Most people realize that they will probably lose all there money when they go into casino. I know the odds are against me that's why they call it gambling.
I never have been treated so rudely by any casino in my life. I played by the rules as they were laid out on your tournament webpage. Told 3 weeks later 4 weeks later I had broken them.
Anyway – I guess I don't mind losing but if I win and go by the rules I played thru my bonus. The money I won from the free tournaments- this is while a still had a balance- I played thru that also.
You couldn't refund my money. And you couldn't let me withdrawal the money I had won after saying I could.
I don't know why I am wasting my time. I don't even remember how much money I deposited in to your casino group. I really was just wasting my time – you obviously didn't have any intention of letting me withdrawal it. Most Casinos know that if someone wins and they withdrawal they will probably be back – you will probably have a customer for life. Treat them like you treat me – you are wasting your time. You are wasting the casino money on advertising and what else you have to pay for --to get customers in the door. I will never be back- why would I be stupid enough knowing that if I do possibly win-- I will never be able to withdrawal it--- If I have a customer service issue you never act to resolve it . You post rules that you don't go by. I guess you will either get it There are too many great casinos that have excellent customer service.

what i would have considered an exceptable resolution-basically this had to do with an email i got concerning free tournaments from prism? wild Vegas? one of them in your group - i love tournaments so i was excited-well evidently- it was grand opening and the weekend-there were no rules and things were not working right. asked customer service about rules-they didn't know
needed a refund when one of the money tournaments i played in failed to start but they told me i had to email a manager at another casino site about it they couldn't help me i sent a few emails about this issue and they were never answered. everytime i called customer service about it even after the weekend they said write an email - never answered sorry i am so wordy- anyway no one told me that was a limit on how many tournaments i could play - i ask cs for the rules -they didn't seem to know any to tell me. when the rules were finally posted again no limit about playing the tournaments
what i would have considered an exceptable resolution: a refund of the tournament that i paid 30.00 for but did not get to play about not getting to withdrawl any of my winnings -- i would say probably i should of gotten all of them -

since as i was doing my best to play rules. and it's ya'lls responsibility to have the rules there geeze i am reasonable person if someone had just explained to me but to wait til i had a withdrawl pending for 3 weeks and was told i was eligible for it. i specifically ask cs if i could withdrawl the funds.? Not one said anything to the contrary. I think something instead of nothing should of been worked out on the winnings. Also i was told if i deposit again i could participate in one free tournament - i did deposit but i still was not allowed to play. i didn't try to participate in the money ones because i hadn't received a refund yet.

Hi - I'm hoping you can help - I made a withdrawal request from Cool Cat - Account name is tinycomet - in December for $5000. I received $2000 in January and have just received the $1500 that was approved 3/4. I understand there have been issues with processing to US players -but 4 months is a bit excessive.

Regarding the tournaments, I'm sorry to hear customer service didn't provide you with specific information. Basically, even if the terms didn't mention it at the time, when you enter a free tournament and win it is the equivalent to a free chip and all our terms explain that you cannot use two or more free chips in a row.
Regarding your $30, please send me a PM letting me know if you would like us to credit them back to your account or, if you can open an eWalletXpress account, we can send them there.

On behalf of the casino I’d like to apologize for the long delay in approving your withdrawal. Until a couple of months ago, it would always take 7 to 10 business days for withdrawals to be approved. However, at the beginning of the year there was an unusually high amount of withdrawals requests and it delayed the whole process. The casino is slowly getting back up to date and we expect to be back in the usual timeframe very soon.
I am sorry to say your withdrawal will not be approved this week. Customer Service is only giving estimates but they don't have access to specific information for each withdrawal. I have more access because I'm an Affiliate Manager so I don't want you to have your hopes up for this week.
