I played in a Rush tourney on Full Tilt and it was not good.
The buyin was $4 + 40c and the tourney is pretty much the same as the ring "Rush" poker. The play was absolutely abominable as per the ring games. Players were stealing blinds by betting big and if you retaliated with a re-raise they generally folded. If you did manage to see a flop, the betting was ridiculous and so you had no chance of actually playing a hand unless you went all in.
I have to say that I definitely will NOT be playing one of these tournaments again. I went out at about 220th or somewhere around there. I have to say the game really hacked me off. It wasn't what I would class as a "proper" game of poker. I can't even remember what I went out on - I believe I had QQ and got beaten by a 92 or something like that.
I certainly do not recommend these tourneys.
On a lighter note - I played in a $1, 90 seater sitngo last night and I think I started it at about midnight and it finished at 5 a.m. I did manage to place 3rd and won $9.90 - not really a great return for all those hours playing poker but a good return for a $1 buyin.
It started off with the usual "all ins" and fishy plays but once the "not so good" players were gone, it was an excellent game. The play was tight and passive which really suited my style. I had a few great hands where I managed to double or even treble up - knocking 2 players out in one hand.
If you want to learn "tournament" play, I can highly recommend these 90 seaters as you will get some good players in them - you just have to fish out the bad players first. Patience is the key to playing poker but you need plenty of patience during tournament play and these games are a great starting point. They are good fun, there are good players (along with the bad of course) and if you make the final table, you can get a reasonable return for your buy in. I have to say that I use the term "reasonable" quite loosely here as 5 hours for a $9.90 return isn't particularly great. But you have to start somewhere and I think this is the place to start. I do want to play higher value tourneys and I need to be on top of my "tourney" game before I start higher buyins. I love tournaments and I have had some great wins in the past but it's amazing how quickly you get out of the tourney habits when you play sitngos. I'm looking forward to the bigger buyins.
I'll post a more detailed game next time but I've enjoyed just telling you guys how I feel.

Ich muss sagen, dass ich definitiv NICHT noch einmal eines dieser Turniere spielen werde. Ich bin ungefähr an der 220. Straße oder irgendwo dort rausgegangen. Ich muss sagen, das Spiel hat mich wirklich umgehauen. Es war nicht das, was ich als „richtiges“ Pokerspiel bezeichnen würde. Ich kann mich nicht einmal daran erinnern, was ich gemacht habe – ich glaube, ich hatte QQ und wurde von einer 92 oder so etwas geschlagen.
Ich empfehle diese Turniere auf keinen Fall.
Um es etwas leichter zu sagen: Gestern Abend habe ich an einem Sitngo-Spiel mit 90 Sitzplätzen im Wert von 1 $ teilgenommen, und ich glaube, ich habe gegen Mitternacht damit begonnen und es endete um 5 Uhr morgens. Ich habe es geschafft, den 3. Platz zu belegen und 9,90 $ zu gewinnen – kein wirklich toller Gewinn für all diese Stunden Poker spielen, aber eine gute Rendite für einen Buy-in von 1 $.
Es begann mit den üblichen „All-Ins“ und schlechten Spielzügen, aber als die „nicht so guten“ Spieler weg waren, war es ein ausgezeichnetes Spiel. Das Spiel war straff und passiv, was wirklich zu meinem Stil passte. Ich hatte ein paar tolle Hände, bei denen ich es geschafft habe, das Spiel zu verdoppeln oder sogar zu verdreifachen und dabei zwei Spieler in einer Hand auszuschalten.
Wenn Sie das „Turnierspiel“ erlernen möchten, kann ich diese 90-Sitzer wärmstens empfehlen, da Sie einige gute Spieler darin haben – Sie müssen nur die schlechten Spieler zuerst herausfischen. Geduld ist der Schlüssel zum Pokerspielen, aber während des Turnierspiels braucht man viel Geduld und diese Spiele sind ein guter Ausgangspunkt. Sie machen viel Spaß, es gibt gute Spieler (und natürlich auch schlechte) und wenn man es an den Finaltisch schafft, kann man eine angemessene Rendite für sein Buy-In erhalten. Ich muss sagen, dass ich den Begriff „angemessen“ ziemlich locker verwende Hier sind 5 Stunden für eine Rückgabe von 9,90 $ nicht besonders toll. Aber man muss irgendwo anfangen, und ich denke, das ist der richtige Ort, um anzufangen. Ich möchte an höherwertigen Turnieren teilnehmen und muss mein „Turnierspiel“ beherrschen, bevor ich mit höheren Buy-Ins beginne. Ich liebe Turniere und habe in der Vergangenheit einige großartige Siege eingefahren, aber es ist erstaunlich, wie schnell man bei Sit-NGOs von seinen Turniergewohnheiten abkommt. Ich freue mich auf die größeren Einkäufe.
Ich werde das nächste Mal ein detaillierteres Spiel veröffentlichen, aber es hat mir Spaß gemacht, euch einfach zu sagen, wie ich mich fühle.

Logged into Full Tilt, where I have most of my money and I fancied playing a matrix tourney. Just a $1 buy in. I have to say that I played like a donkey. :o I don't know what was wrong with me but needless to say, I was knocked out of 3 of the 4 tables (quite unluckily in 2 cases I have to add). The last game I managed to win which raised me from bottom of the entire tourney to 4th. I won 78c for the win on the last table.
I then bought into a $2 + 25c sitngo. Just a 6 seater. I felt like a bit of a spectator because I had no decent hands at all. They were all rubbish. It wasn't too many hands though before someone was knocked out. Their 
not holding up against 
which hit a straight on the river.
The very next hand another player was out - all in with 
against the same player who hit their straight in the previous hand. He had 
and hit a pair of Jacks on the flop to win.
I'm unsure what was thinking as the flop was 
and at that point he reraised all in. I guess he thought he could bluff the other guy off the hand but sadly for him, it failed miserably.
I played an old favourite trick of mine (and I shouldn't really give some of my "tricks" away) but as Medtrans and Dirk are probably the only ones that actually read this blog (thank you Medtrans and Dirk), I don't think it will matter too much in my little world of poker. I was one away from BB and I allowed myself to time out and technically I was "sitting out". My BB arrives and I have 
- a very nice hand indeed. I guess that everyone had "noted" I had timed out and everyone flat called my BB assuming that they would be able to steal my blind. The flop came down 
. SB was first to act and by the time they had made their decision, I had already "pre" clicked "check". Needless to say the guy with the straight a few hands ago bet 150. Everyone folds and I raised him to 400 and he called.
The turn comes down 
. Joy - I have a full house. Now it's not too often that this "away play" pays off but on this occasion it did. The pot was a total of 1,000 so without further ado, I went all in for 975. The opponent folded and I showed the hand. I don't always show the hand but I will if it's a good one and I want a little respect from the other players.
Many hands on having hardly played anything at all, I am dealt 
and I'm SB. The dealer raises to 450 and I re-raised to 1550. I didnt want any limpers with rubbish calling. Everyone folds except the dealer who originally raised and the hands show. He has 
- nice hand too. I was slightly worried...until the flop came down.
, the turn is 
and the river . Lucky me.
Down to 3 players now and just one away from the money.
There wasn't too much going on for quite a few hands which gave me a great opportunity to study the play by the the other 2 players. There was one who only played premium hands and seemed to be quite a good player and then there was the guy that made the early straight who just seemed to think it was his god given right to steal our blinds. He came unstuck a few times from me with a re-raise and a call. After the flop, I would bet high and he folded. So I had correctly guessed his game.
There was one of those irritating hands that happens quite often with online poker. Two players have the same hand and one of them gets lucky and hits a flush. Well that happened to the "straight" guy - he got lucky with his to hit the flush even though he and the other player had the same starting hand.
This left the premium hand player quite short stacked and the first good hand he had, he was all in.
The "straight" guy called his raise and they showed their hands:
for the premium hand player and 
for the "straight" guy.
Flop came down 
At this point you just know that the 6 will arrive to give the worst hand the win. Needless to say he hit it on the river. The turn was 
and the river . The player that was knocked out was pretty fed up, as you can understand. He was unlucky with his identical hand and he lost this great hand to a donk call.
Two of us left and I know I have my work cut out with this player.
The game went on for quite a while and neither of us really played a hand. He kept trying to nick my blinds and I kept retaliating and nicking his. We were fairly even on the chip front. I had 4690 and my opponent (the straight guy) had 4310.
I'm dealt 
and I quite like the look of this hand at this particular moment in time. I'm BB and SB does his usual raise so I called.
The flop was very pretty and was 
. So not only do I have a flush draw (9 outs) I have a straight draw with another 3 outs. I was first to act so I bet the pot (1200) and my opponent re-raised all in. Without thinking, I just called him which left me with 380 chips.
He showed his hand 
The turn was and the river was . I had the bigger flush and won the game and took $7.80 for my troubles.
I enjoyed the game and I just knew I was going to whoop this guys butt. I get this "gut" feeling about some games and this was one of those games.

Ich habe mich bei Full Tilt angemeldet, wo ich den Großteil meines Geldes habe, und hatte Lust, ein Matrix-Turnier zu spielen. Nur ein Buy-in von 1 $. Ich muss sagen, dass ich wie ein Esel gespielt habe. :o Ich weiß nicht, was mit mir los war, aber natürlich bin ich an drei der vier Tische ausgeschieden (ganz unglücklicherweise in zwei Fällen, muss ich hinzufügen). Das letzte Spiel, das ich gewinnen konnte, brachte mich vom Schlusslicht des gesamten Turniers auf den 4. Platz. Ich habe 78c für den Sieg am letzten Tisch gewonnen.
Ich kaufte mich dann in einen Sitngo für 2 $ + 25 Cent ein. Nur ein 6-Sitzer. Ich fühlte mich ein bisschen wie ein Zuschauer, weil ich überhaupt keine anständigen Hände hatte. Sie waren alle Müll. Es dauerte jedoch nicht allzu viele Hände, bis jemand KO wurde. Ihre hält nicht stand der auf dem Fluss eine Straße traf.
Gleich in der nächsten Hand war ein anderer Spieler out – All-in mit gegen denselben Spieler, der in der vorherigen Hand seinen Straight getroffen hat. Er hatte und treffen Sie am Flop ein Paar Buben, um zu gewinnen.
Ich bin mir nicht sicher, was dachte, wie der Flop war und zu diesem Zeitpunkt erhöhte er All-In. Ich schätze, er dachte, er könnte den Gegner aus der Hand bluffen, aber leider scheiterte es kläglich.
Ich habe einen alten Lieblingstrick von mir gespielt (und ich sollte einige meiner „Tricks“ nicht wirklich verraten), aber da Medtrans und Dirk wahrscheinlich die einzigen sind, die diesen Blog tatsächlich lesen (danke Medtrans und Dirk), tue ich das nicht. Ich glaube nicht, dass es in meiner kleinen Pokerwelt eine allzu große Rolle spielen wird. Ich war nur einen Punkt von BB entfernt und habe mir eine Auszeit gegönnt. Technisch gesehen habe ich „ausgesessen“. Mein BB kommt und ich habe - wirklich eine sehr schöne Hand. Ich schätze, dass jeder „bemerkt“ hatte, dass ich eine Zeitüberschreitung hatte, und alle meinen BB gecallt hatten, in der Annahme, dass sie meinen Blind stehlen könnten. Der Flop kam . SB war der erste, der handelte, und als sie ihre Entscheidung getroffen hatten, hatte ich bereits „vorab“ auf „Prüfen“ geklickt. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass der Typ mit der Straight vor ein paar Händen 150 gesetzt hat. Alle haben gepasst und ich habe ihn auf 400 erhöht und er hat gecallt.
Die Wende kommt . Joy – ich habe ein volles Haus. Nun kommt es nicht allzu oft vor, dass sich dieses „Auswärtsspiel“ auszahlt, aber dieses Mal war es so. Der Pot betrug insgesamt 1.000, also ging ich kurzerhand mit 975 All-In. Der Gegner passte und ich zeigte die Hand. Bei einigen Händen war nicht allzu viel los, was mir eine großartige Gelegenheit gab, das Spiel der anderen beiden Spieler zu studieren. Es gab einen, der nur Premium-Hände spielte und ein ziemlich guter Spieler zu sein schien, und dann war da noch der Typ, der die frühe Straight machte, der einfach zu glauben schien, es sei sein gottgegebenes Recht, unsere Blinds zu stehlen. Er konnte sich einige Male mit einem Re-Raise und einem Call von mir lösen. Nach dem Flop habe ich hoch gesetzt und er hat gefoldet. Ich hatte also sein Spiel richtig erraten.
Es gab eine dieser irritierenden Hände, die beim Online-Poker ziemlich oft vorkommen. Zwei Spieler haben die gleiche Hand und einer von ihnen hat Glück und trifft einen Flush. Nun, das ist dem „Hetero“ passiert – er hatte Glück mit seinem den Flush zu treffen, obwohl er und der andere Spieler die gleiche Starthand hatten.
Dies führte dazu, dass der Spieler mit der besten Hand recht wenig Stack hatte und mit der ersten guten Hand, die er hatte, All-In war.
Der „Hetero“-Typ callte seine Erhöhung und sie zeigten ihre Hände:
für den Premium-Handspieler und für den „hetero“-Typen.
Der Flop kam runter An diesem Punkt wissen Sie einfach, dass die 6 eintreffen wird, um der schlechtesten Hand den Sieg zu bescheren. Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass er es am River geschafft hat. Die Wende war und der Fluss . Der ausgeschiedene Spieler hatte, wie Sie verstehen können, ziemlich die Nase voll. Er hatte mit seiner identischen Hand Pech und verlor diese tolle Hand durch einen Donk Call.
Zwei von uns sind gegangen und ich weiß, dass ich mit diesem Player noch viel Arbeit vor mir habe.
Das Spiel dauerte eine ganze Weile und keiner von uns spielte wirklich eine Hand. Er versuchte immer wieder, meine Blinds zu klauen, und ich revanchierte mich immer wieder und klaute seine. An der Chip-Front waren wir ziemlich ausgeglichen. Ich hatte 4690 und mein Gegner (der Hetero) hatte 4310.
Ich bin erledigt und ich mag das Aussehen dieser Hand in diesem besonderen Moment sehr. Ich bin BB und SB erhöht wie üblich, also habe ich mitgegangen.

Whenever I think about poker, I always think about my favourite site that "was". Pacific Poker was pretty much the 2nd poker site I went to. I loved it there. The players were awesome, the games were amazing, even the colour of the chips were pretty fantastic. I always think about the game that started with 4000+ players and I ended up on the final table. It wasn't played to the end because the top 8 made it to the next round of a million dollar game. I really enjoyed that game and it will always be in my memory as my most favourite.
I used to sit and watch the high stakes games for hours on there - the players were really good and you were always guaranteed a great game on that site.
Then they changed the software. What a disaster that was. I lost all my points I had accumulated, any money I had on there was gone and the site pretty much went downhill in my eyes. It's still a great site but that was always my favourite "as it was before the update" and it was a sad day when they changed it.
Anyway, enough ramblings from me.

Wenn ich nur ein Profi, ein Kommentator und ein Analyst wäre.
Wenn ich an Poker denke, denke ich immer an meine Lieblingsseite, die „war“. Pacific Poker war so ziemlich die zweite Pokerseite, die ich besucht habe. Mir hat es dort sehr gut gefallen. Die Spieler waren großartig, die Spiele waren großartig, sogar die Farbe der Chips war ziemlich fantastisch. Ich denke immer an das Spiel, das mit mehr als 4.000 Spielern begann und am Finaltisch landete. Es wurde nicht zu Ende gespielt, da die Top 8 es in die nächste Runde des Millionen-Dollar-Spiels schafften. Ich habe dieses Spiel wirklich genossen und es wird mir immer als mein Lieblingsspiel in Erinnerung bleiben.
Ich habe dort stundenlang gesessen und mir die Spiele mit hohen Einsätzen angeschaut – die Spieler waren wirklich gut und auf dieser Seite wurde einem immer ein tolles Spiel garantiert.
Dann haben sie die Software geändert. Was für eine Katastrophe das war. Ich habe alle meine Punkte verloren, die ich dort gesammelt hatte, alles Geld, das ich dort hatte, war weg und die Seite ging in meinen Augen ziemlich bergab. Es ist immer noch eine großartige Seite, aber sie war immer meine Lieblingsseite, „so wie sie vor dem Update war“, und es war ein trauriger Tag, als sie geändert wurde.
Wie auch immer, genug Geschwafel von mir.

anyhow, i read your 2 cents post on rng, and i too feel the same way, hence why i rarely play..
only full tilt, but not even because of the playerquality, but because i dont want to deposit for poker anymore, and they have lots of daily freerolls :P
but i do have a heart for poker, and thats why i love following your blog.
maybe soon there will be more platforms with this new rng, and then i will consider, however, ill play all the lcb tourneys on full tilt, and i still play monthly live tourneys ^^

nur Full Tilt, aber nicht einmal wegen der Spielerqualität, sondern weil ich keine Einzahlungen mehr für Poker tätigen möchte und es viele tägliche Freerolls gibt :P
Aber ich habe ein Herz für Poker und deshalb liebe ich es, Ihrem Blog zu folgen.
Vielleicht wird es bald mehr Plattformen mit diesem neuen RNG geben, und dann werde ich darüber nachdenken, aber ich werde nicht alle LCB-Turniere auf Hochtouren spielen, und ich spiele immer noch monatliche Live-Turniere ^^

Thank you for reading my 2 cents on RNG's. I don't think the poker sites realise how many palyers they lose because of it....or rather how many deposits they lose.
I'm wondering if realdeal will ever take off. They announced WSOP games now so I'm keeping a close eye on that site.
I still can't get a game on Truepoker and I did deposit on there - my money just sits there for now. I can understand why you don't deposit though - I have money on several sites and try not to deposit if I can help it (hence the cheap games).

Ich bekomme immer noch kein Spiel auf Truepoker und habe dort eingezahlt – mein Geld liegt vorerst einfach dort. Ich kann jedoch verstehen, warum Sie keine Einzahlungen tätigen – ich habe auf mehreren Websites Geld und versuche, keine Einzahlungen vorzunehmen, wenn ich es vermeiden kann (daher die günstigen Spiele).

Today I'm having a game on 365Bonitas Poker.
It's a 10 seater 50c + 10c sitngo turbo. I should comment that the play on this site is pretty bad. However, it's not too different to other sites so here goes anyway.
As is the norm., two players were all in first hand. (I read somehwere that 9 out of 11 all ins (first person to go all in that is} will result in a win.) Thats a pretty amazing statistic. Sorry - I digress.

I'm doing my usual posting and folding but I did manage to hit a flush on the river where everyone was checking. I bet 60 (80 in the pot) and was raised to 300. Two callers and I won.
The players are dropping like flies and they are all going out with any ace with a rag. I struggle to understand why a player would go all in pre flop with Ace high with a 3 kicker. It really doesnt make sense to me at all. I guess they must have seen it on TV or something and the player got lucky wiht trips or something. Anyway, we are down to 6 players because of the all in Ace rag players.

Just had my blinds stolen too. I'm smallest stack too. I'm BB next and I really do need a great hand. I got and there are only two of us in the hand. SB calls so I just raise all in and take the blinds. It's a pretty good move if you are heads up with just the one person who flat called you.

My new found joy was short lived as my stack was dwindling fast with the huge blinds. I couldn't get a hand at all after that and I ended up being all in with against . Needless to say I lost and was out in 4th place.
It was a reasonable game and whilst I didn't win anything, the play was slightly better than at the beginning.

Die Spieler fallen wie die Fliegen um und sie alle gehen mit jedem Ass mit einem Lappen aus. Es fällt mir schwer zu verstehen, warum ein Spieler vor dem Flop mit Ass hoch und einem Kicker von 3 All-In geht. Es macht für mich wirklich überhaupt keinen Sinn. Ich schätze, sie müssen es im Fernsehen oder so gesehen haben und der Spieler hatte Glück mit Reisen oder so. Wie auch immer, wir haben nur noch 6 Spieler, wegen der All-in-Ace-Rag-Spieler.

Mir wurden gerade auch die Jalousien gestohlen. Ich bin auch der kleinste Stapel. Als nächstes bin ich BB und brauche wirklich eine tolle Hand. ich habe und wir sind nur zu zweit in der Hand. SB callt, also erhöhe ich einfach All-In und nehme die Blinds. Es ist ein ziemlich guter Schachzug, wenn Sie im Heads-up nur mit der Person konfrontiert sind, die Sie flach angerufen hat.
Die Blinds liegen jetzt bei 300/600 und ich erhöhe All-In mit . Ich bekomme einen Anruf und er zeigt seine Hand:

Meine neu gewonnene Freude war nur von kurzer Dauer, da mein Stack mit den riesigen Blinds schnell schrumpfte. Danach konnte ich überhaupt keine Hand mehr bekommen und war am Ende All-In gegen . Unnötig zu erwähnen, dass ich verloren habe und auf dem 4. Platz war.
Es war ein vernünftiges Spiel und obwohl ich nichts gewonnen habe, war das Spiel etwas besser als am Anfang.

I took some time out to visit 365Bonitas Poker today.
For one thing, I wanted to try and find these tourneys that I have 2 x free $11 tickets for and secondly and more importantly, I wanted a game so I can post it in here.
I joined a $3 "double up" tourney. These games are great as the play is generally a better quality and half the entrants will double their investment. I decided that I would try and write up the game "as I went". Boy was that a bad idea. Unfortunately, the hand history at 365Bonitas doesn't update as the game goes along so you have to close the hand history window and load it up afresh. I was messing around trying to find the hand where the first person had gone out (as I missed it).
The hand history screen is not too hot but it does the job. I was clicking next, next, next.....trying to find the hand. Previous, previous, next, next, next....you get the picture. I was trolling through the hands trying to find where the first player had gone out. I clicked next......but the game screen popped up just as I went to click next and I accidentally clicked on the ALL IN button. :o

Ich beschloss, dass ich versuchen würde, das Spiel so zu schreiben, wie ich es wollte. Junge, war das eine schlechte Idee? Leider wird der Handverlauf bei 365Bonitas im Laufe des Spiels nicht aktualisiert, sodass Sie das Handverlaufsfenster schließen und ihn erneut laden müssen. Ich habe herumgespielt und versucht, die Hand zu finden, bei der die erste Person ausgegangen war (da ich sie verpasst hatte).

Having a quick dollar game on 365 Bonitas. (Writing this as it goes)
2nd hand in and Im dealt . I just flat called (Im SB). Flop is 
and everyone checks. The turn is . First to act bets 40 and with 3 over cards on the table, I have no choice but to fold. The river was . A nice straight won the hand.
Pocket 8s isnt a great hand but its definitely worth a call when the pot isnt raised. Had I hit the trips on the flop, I would certainly have been trying to steal that pot before the turn card came.
Im just posting and folding and amazingly, nobody went all in on the first hand. That has to be a first for a long time.
Whilst I was writing this someone just went out with against 
losing to a pair of jacks on the river (despite being in the lead on the flop) with a pair of 10s.
Ive just been dealt and the bet is 100 so I called. Lovely flop

Another player just went out (whilst I was writing the above ) and we are down to 6 players.
And another one just bit the dust losing with King high to Ace high. We are now down to 4.
The blinds are crippling me and Im next out unless I get a hand. I just got and so I went all in. 2 callers. The flop is . The two other players do their betting. The turn is . So I need any 9 or any Q to make a straight. The river was so that is the end of me losing to . I came 4th and no payout for me :(
It wasn't such a long game as I expected because it was a turbo game. I must make a note to myself to not play turbos. They really don't suit my style of play.

Ich poste und falte nur, und erstaunlicherweise ist niemand aus erster Hand All-In gegangen. Das muss für lange Zeit eine Premiere sein.
Während ich das schrieb, ist gerade jemand mit mir ausgegangen gegen Verlieren gegen ein Paar Buben am River (obwohl er am Flop in Führung liegt) mit einem Paar Zehnen.

Die beiden anderen Spieler machen ihre Wetten. Die Wende ist . Ich brauche also eine beliebige 9 oder ein beliebiges Q, um eine Straße zu bilden. Der Fluss war Das ist also das Ende, wenn ich verliere . Ich wurde Vierter und bekam keine Auszahlung :(
Es war kein so langes Spiel, wie ich erwartet hatte, weil es ein Turbospiel war. Ich muss mir vorgenommen haben, keine Turbos zu spielen. Sie passen wirklich nicht zu meinem Spielstil.

I've been meaning to post this for a couple of days now and I finally have time to post it.
It's not a "blow by blow" account of the game but I was pretty pleased at the end of it. I joined in the free "poker million" freerolls that are running on Full Tilt.
It was a very slow game to start and everyone was playing pretty tight. I posted and folded quite a bit and tried to stick to pocket pairs and premium hands. With the premium hands I was raising and with the medium pockets, I was limping hoping to hit trips.
It worked a couple of times and I got lucky a couple of times too where there was no raise and I hit trips on the turn.
As the game went along and the blinds increased, the chip leaders starting bullying the smaller stacks to steal their chips. Normal play I guess but I did raise all in at one point when I was down to about 600 chips with . I was the BB and there were 3 callers. The flop came down 
. They all checked. The turn was and they all checked again. I felt sure it was all over for me. The river came and it was . Again, they all checked. My hand showed and they all mucked. So I quadrupled my stack in one hand.
Many hands went by and I managed to steal a few blinds. Things were slightly better but it was a difficult fight and the blinds were crippling at 2000/4000. All I needed was to be in the top 27 to win a ticket to the next round. There were 1005 players all from the UK.
It was hovering at 32 players for a very long time and at one point I dipped to 31st. I felt sure that I was going to lose. However, I was dealt and two hands running so my stack was up to about 30k which took me to 18th after I managed to get a couple of callers on one hand.
I posted and folded for quite a few hands and then it was down to 29. I knew I had sufficient a stack to get through a few rounds of blinds and hesitated a lot if I got a reasonable hand.
Finally, it was down to 27 and the game was over.
I have secured a ticket to the next round - I just hope my "luck" and patience continue.

Ich wollte das schon seit ein paar Tagen posten und endlich habe ich Zeit, es zu posten.
Es ist kein „Blick auf Schlag“-Bericht über das Spiel, aber am Ende war ich ziemlich zufrieden. Ich habe an den kostenlosen „Poker Million“-Freerolls teilgenommen, die auf Full Tilt laufen.
Das Spiel begann sehr langsam und alle spielten ziemlich eng. Ich habe ziemlich viel gepostet und gefoldet und versucht, mich auf Pocket-Pairs und Premium-Hände zu beschränken. Mit den Premium-Händen, die ich geraist habe, und mit den mittleren Pockets limpte ich in der Hoffnung, Trips zu erzielen.
Es funktionierte ein paar Mal und ich hatte auch ein paar Mal Glück, als es keinen Raise gab und ich am Turn Trips machte.
Als das Spiel weiterging und die Blinds zunahmen, begannen die Chipleader, die kleineren Stacks zu schikanieren, um ihnen ihre Chips zu stehlen. Normales Spiel, schätze ich, aber ich habe einmal All-In erhöht, als ich nur noch etwa 600 Chips hatte . Ich war der BB und es waren 3 Anrufer da. Der Flop kam . Sie haben alle nachgesehen. Die Wende war und sie haben alle noch einmal nachgesehen. Ich war mir sicher, dass für mich alles vorbei war. Der Fluss kam und es war . Nochmals haben sie alle nachgesehen. Meine Hand zeigte sich und alle machten Mist. Also habe ich meinen Stack in einer Hand vervierfacht.
Es vergingen viele Hände und ich schaffte es, ein paar Blinds zu stehlen. Die Dinge liefen etwas besser, aber es war ein schwieriger Kampf und die Blinds waren bei 2000/4000 lähmend. Alles, was ich brauchte, war, unter den ersten 27 zu sein, um ein Ticket für die nächste Runde zu gewinnen. Es waren 1005 Spieler anwesend, alle aus Großbritannien.
Sie schwankte sehr lange bei 32 Spielern und irgendwann fiel ich auf den 31. Platz. Ich war mir sicher, dass ich verlieren würde. Ich wurde jedoch behandelt Und Da ich zwei Hände hatte, war mein Stack auf etwa 30.000 angestiegen, was mich auf den 18. Platz brachte, nachdem ich es geschafft hatte, ein paar Caller mit einer Hand zu bekommen.
Ich habe ein paar Hände gepostet und gefoldet, und dann waren es nur noch 29. Ich wusste, dass ich genug Stack hatte, um ein paar Runden Blinds zu überstehen, und zögerte viel, wenn ich eine vernünftige Hand bekam.
Am Ende waren es nur noch 27 und das Spiel war zu Ende.
Ich habe mir ein Ticket für die nächste Runde gesichert – ich hoffe nur, dass mein „Glück“ und meine Geduld anhalten.

I'm worn out from playing Rush poker at Full Tilt.
I played in the 10k guaranteed earlier for a $1 buy in and with all the addons and rebuys the end result was a pot of over $15000. With just over 6000 entrants, I make that a total of $9000 in rebuys and addons after the tourney started. Thats around 18000 rebuys and addons.
I did manage to get a small payout after losing with pocket kings to pocket aces. I even hit trips on the flop and lost!
I also signed up to the 10c Rush tourney and I'm doing very nicely at the moment. It's the break at the moment and I'm grateful for it! It's a very intense game.
I did read big_deanus's Rush poker strategy and it has proved extremely useful. I've played as many hands as I can before the "add-on" break. I found the more hands that I played (or folded), the better the hands.
You do have to have balls of steel in this game as some of the play is decidedly dodgy. At one point, I decided to put the "sit out" on and this means that you stay at the table until the hand is over just to have a break from it.
The thing that I've noticed more than anything is bullying. You will be bullied from the outset and you have to stand your ground. Re-raise if you know you are ahead because they are always betting...no matter what they have. Make as many notes as you can on the players as you go along. It will definitely serve you well later on in the game.
I'm still in the game at the moment and it's the break again.
There have been 3551 rebuys and addons in total and the prize pool is $1775.50. Not bad for a 10c buy in.
I've had some great hands but the one that sticks out so far was when I had . I didn't raise as someone had already raised and I decided to just flat call and see what came on the flop.
The flop was . The other player was first to act and bet 800. I flat called. The turn was so I'm sitting very pretty with a full house. The opponent bets 800 again. This time I raised him to 1750. He called. The river was . He went all in and I called. He showed so my full house beat his flush. Very nice hand indeed.
Whilst I was in the middle of writing this, I just went all in with . The pot with all the 2k calls would have been about 12k on its own. I got one caller who showed . The flop came down and I knew in an instant that I was going out of the game. The turn and river were no use to me and I lost to trip 9s. I came 163rd out of 5000 and no payout!
I think the strategy that big_deanus wrote about is spot on and these 2 games tonight have been the best I've done. With the number of runners as well, it wasn't too bad a result. I still think I should have won with my pocket queens though with me having the better starting hand but then as they say "thats poker".

Ich bin erschöpft vom Rush-Pokerspielen bei Full Tilt .
Ich habe früher im garantierten 10.000-Turnier mit einem Buy-In von 1 $ gespielt und mit all den Add-ons und Rebuys war das Endergebnis ein Pot von über 15.000 $. Bei etwas mehr als 6.000 Teilnehmern verdiene ich nach Turnierbeginn insgesamt 9.000 $ an Rebuys und Add-ons. Das sind etwa 18.000 Rebuys und Add-ons.
Ich habe es geschafft, eine kleine Auszahlung zu bekommen, nachdem ich mit Pocket-Königen gegen Pocket-Asse verloren hatte. Ich habe beim Flop sogar Trips gemacht und verloren!
Ich habe mich auch für das 10c Rush-Turnier angemeldet und mir geht es im Moment sehr gut. Im Moment ist Pause und ich bin dankbar dafür! Es ist ein sehr intensives Spiel.
Ich habe die Rush-Pokerstrategie von big_deanus gelesen und sie hat sich als äußerst nützlich erwiesen. Ich habe vor der „Add-on“-Pause so viele Hände gespielt, wie ich konnte. Ich habe festgestellt, dass die Hände umso besser sind, je mehr Hände ich gespielt (oder gefoldet) habe.
In diesem Spiel muss man wirklich Mut haben, denn einige Spielzüge sind ausgesprochen zwielichtig. Irgendwann habe ich beschlossen, das „Sit Out“ zu aktivieren, was bedeutet, dass man am Tisch bleibt, bis die Hand vorbei ist, nur um eine Pause zu machen.
Was mir am meisten aufgefallen ist, ist Mobbing. Sie werden von Anfang an gemobbt und müssen sich behaupten. Erhöhen Sie erneut, wenn Sie wissen, dass Sie die Nase vorn haben, denn sie wetten immer ... egal, was sie haben. Machen Sie sich im Laufe der Zeit so viele Notizen wie möglich über die Spieler. Es wird Ihnen später im Spiel auf jeden Fall gute Dienste leisten.
Ich bin im Moment noch im Spiel und es ist schon wieder Pause.
Insgesamt gab es 3551 Rebuys und Add-ons und der Preispool beträgt 1775,50 $. Nicht schlecht für einen Buy-in von 10 Cent.

Während ich gerade dabei war, dies zu schreiben, habe ich einfach alles gegeben . Der Pot mit allen 2k-Calls hätte allein etwa 12k betragen. Ich habe einen Anrufer, der vorbeikam . Der Flop kam und ich wusste sofort, dass ich aus dem Spiel aussteigen würde. Der Turn und der River nützten mir nichts und ich verlor gegen Trip 9s. Ich bin 163. von 5000 geworden und habe keine Auszahlung erhalten!
Ich denke, die Strategie, über die big_deanus geschrieben hat, ist genau richtig und diese beiden Spiele heute Abend waren die besten, die ich je gemacht habe. Auch angesichts der Läuferzahl war das Ergebnis gar nicht so schlecht. Ich denke immer noch, dass ich mit meinen Pocket Queens hätte gewinnen sollen, da ich die bessere Starthand hatte, aber wie man so schön sagt: „Das ist Poker.“

I have and I was going to flat call but somebody raised before it got to me so I folded....as did everyone else.
Two hands on and Im dealt . The hand was raised before it got to me by 80 so I just called. Flop comes down

The opponet is first to act and bets 100 so I just flat called. The next card is . So I still have top pair with an ace kicker. Opponent bets 200 and I flat called again. The river is and the opponent bets 500. I reraised all in and my hand shows with my two pairs and then the opponent's hand is revealed.
So I was out - trapped and gutted.

Ich habe und ich wollte gerade mitgehen, aber jemand erhöhte, bevor es mich erreichte, also habe ich gefoldet ... wie alle anderen auch.
Zwei Hands on und ich habe den Deal . Die Hand wurde gehoben, bevor sie 80 bei mir erreichte, also habe ich einfach mitgegangen. Der Flop kommt .

Ich habe All-In erhöht und meine Hand wird mit meinen beiden Paaren angezeigt, und dann wird die Hand des Gegners aufgedeckt.

I decided to have a quick game at Pokerstars. It is a 9 seater, $1 buyin Pot Limit Holdem.
Im posting and folding,...as usual. Two players were just knocked out to 2 pairs.
The guy that knocked the 2 people out just went all in on the next hand with a pair of 3s (his hand was ) against . He was beaten by a pair of 9s. Stupid move by a player who thinks he will get luck no matter what he plays. Ive never understood the mentality behind that thinking.
Im having my blinds stolen on a regular basis and Ive not hit a hand yet. Whilst I was writing this, another 2 players have been knocked out.
I have been dealt and Im big blind. I have been raised preflop so I re-raised. Just the one caller (the raiser). Flop comes down . He bets min and I raised all in. He shows his hand which is . The turn and river were no help to him so I doubled up.
We are down to 4 players.
I've been dealt again. I raised and was re-raised. Flop comes down and its . I bet and was re-raised again, this time all in, so I called. My opponent shows . The turn was and the river was . I really thought I was a gonner then but luck was on my side.
Whilst I was writing this another 2 players are out and its just two of us left. I'm amazed how quickly these players have been knocked out.
Im getting hammered with raises on my big blinds and huge raises when I call a hand. I really think that Im going to lose this game but Im not giving up without a fight.
As I've written this as the game has gone along, I have struggled to keep up with this write up. The last part is from memory as it was quite a fast paced game.
I keep getting unlucky on the river card. He raises each hand and if my hand isnt too bad, I call him. I managed to steal a couple of pots with some well timed bluffs. My stack is gradually getting bigger and his is getting smaller.
I have finally taken the lead and I'm dealt
and I'm big blind. He raises min raise so I called. The flop comes down . He bet so I raised, he raised me, I raised him, he raised me and this went on until we were both all in (I have a few chips returned to me). He shows his hand . The turn is so I have my flush and beat his pair. The final card was no help to either of us and so I win the game and $4.50. I just knew I would get my flush and I'm glad I went with my gut on that hand.
I never thought I was going to win this game as I was underdog at the point it was just me and the final opponent as he had double my stack after the last person was knocked out. The saying "a chip and a chair" is a good one to remember no matter how small your stack.
It was a good game and I enjoyed it - even though they all seemed to be just stealing blinds all the time.

Ein dummer Schachzug eines Spielers, der glaubt, dass er Glück haben wird, egal was er spielt. Ich habe die Mentalität hinter diesem Denken nie verstanden.
Mir werden regelmäßig meine Blinds gestohlen und ich habe noch keine Hand getroffen. Während ich das schrieb, sind zwei weitere Spieler ausgeschieden.

Die Wende war und der Fluss war . Damals dachte ich wirklich, ich wäre ein Gönner, aber das Glück war auf meiner Seite.
Während ich das geschrieben habe, sind zwei weitere Spieler ausgefallen und wir sind nur noch zwei übrig. Ich bin erstaunt, wie schnell diese Spieler ausgeschieden sind.
Ich werde mit Erhöhungen meiner Big Blinds und riesigen Erhöhungen, wenn ich eine Hand mitgehe, überhäuft. Ich glaube wirklich, dass ich dieses Spiel verlieren werde, aber ich gebe nicht kampflos auf.
Da ich dies im Laufe des Spiels geschrieben habe, hatte ich Mühe, mit diesem Text Schritt zu halten. Der letzte Teil stammt aus meiner Erinnerung, da es ein ziemlich schnelles Spiel war.
Ich habe immer wieder Pech mit der River-Karte. Er hebt jede Hand und wenn meine Hand nicht so schlecht ist, rufe ich ihn. Mit ein paar gut getimten Bluffs gelang es mir, ein paar Pots zu stehlen. Mein Stack wird nach und nach größer und seiner immer kleiner.
Ich habe endlich die Führung übernommen und bin erledigt
und ich bin Big Blind. Er raist Min-Raise, also habe ich gecallt. Der Flop kommt . Er setzte, also habe ich erhöht, er hat mich erhöht, ich habe ihn erhöht, er hat mich erhöht und das ging so weiter, bis wir beide All-in waren (ich habe ein paar Chips zurückbekommen). Er zeigt seine Hand . Die Wende ist also habe ich meinen Flush und schlage sein Paar. Die letzte Karte war für uns beide keine Hilfe und so gewinne ich das Spiel und 4,50 $. Ich wusste einfach, dass ich meinen Flush bekommen würde, und ich bin froh, dass ich mich bei dieser Hand auf mein Bauchgefühl verlassen habe.
Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich dieses Spiel gewinnen würde, da ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt der Außenseiter war und nur ich und der letzte Gegner da waren, da er meinen Stack verdoppelt hatte, nachdem die letzte Person ausgeschieden war. Das Sprichwort „ein Chip und ein Stuhl“ sollten Sie sich gut merken, egal wie klein Ihr Stapel ist.
Es war ein gutes Spiel und ich habe es genossen – auch wenn sie alle die ganze Zeit nur Blinds zu stehlen schienen.

As its PKR's 4th birthday, I decided to have a game on there. I've gone for a 0.50c + 10c, 10 seater sitngo.
Game starts off slow (which is unusual as someone is always all-in first hand). There is one player driving me up the wall using all the emotes that she can - thank goodness for the mute button! I'm still finding my way around the new set up but I have to say that it is very user friendly.
Anyway, back to the game! A few hands in and two players are all in. They show their hands pre-flop and one of them has and the other one has . The flop comes down , turn is the and the river is giving a straight to the pocket 7s and cracking the aces big time. I definitely would not go all in with pocket 7s that early in the game - very poor play in my opinion.
I've yet to get a hand!
Several hands go by and now 3 players are all in pre-flop. They show their cards ,

The flop comes down , the turn is and the river is . The worst hand won with a pair of Jacks. This is so typical!
Well I was just dealt . First to act raises min raise, 2 callers and then I raise to $750. One caller.
The flop comes down and is . I could be in trouble here with a flop like that. So I take my chances and go all in. My opponent calls and shows . Thank goodness he didnt have diamonds in his hand. The turn is 
and the river is . I doubled up and he was out.
Whilst writing this up, more players are out and we are down to 4.
I'm BB and I was just dealt the worst hand in the stack . One caller and small blind calls too. The flop turn river was , , . So I hit a pair of twos on the river and the entire hand was checking all the way. Small blind bets $150 so I called and the other player folded. My opponent has nothing so I win the hand. I guess you're wondering why I called. The check, check, check all the way through and the min bet at the end told me the player didn't have anything much and was going for the "steal". I'm not always right but sometimes I am and this was one of those occasions. In any event, in my experience, it's always worth calling a min bet on the river (if you have a small pair or Ace high) when all that has gone before is checking.
We are down to 3 players and the really annoying person is still in (wearing nothing but a bikini I might add :o)
3rd player has just gone down with beaten by . The player paired queens on the board.
I'm the underdog here with only 3k in chips. I fought a good battle but lost it to two pairs on the final hand.
It was a good game however the quality of some play was very poor. I won $1.50 which is great and gives me a bit extra to play with.

Zum 4. Geburtstag von PKR habe ich beschlossen, dort ein Spiel zu veranstalten. Ich habe mich für einen 10-Sitzer-Sitngo mit 0,50 Cent + 10 Cent entschieden.
Das Spiel beginnt langsam (was ungewöhnlich ist, da immer jemand aus erster Hand All-In ist). Es gibt eine Spielerin, die mich mit allen Emotes, die sie kann, an die Wand treibt – Gott sei Dank für die Stummschalttaste! Ich bin immer noch dabei, mich mit der neuen Einrichtung zurechtzufinden, aber ich muss sagen, dass sie sehr benutzerfreundlich ist.
Wie auch immer, zurück zum Spiel! Ein paar Hände rein und zwei Spieler sind All-in. Sie zeigen ihre Hände vor dem Flop und einer von ihnen hat und der andere hat . Der Flop kommt , an der Reihe ist der und der Fluss ist Er gab den Pocket 7s einen Straight und knackte die Asse im großen Stil. Ich würde definitiv nicht so früh im Spiel mit Pocket 7 All-In gehen – meiner Meinung nach ein sehr schlechtes Spiel.

Während ich dies schreibe, sind mehr Spieler ausgefallen und wir sind auf 4 gesunken.
Ich bin BB und mir wurde gerade die schlechteste Hand im Stapel ausgeteilt . Ein Caller und Small Blind gehen ebenfalls mit. Der Flop Turn River war , , . Also traf ich am River ein Paar Zweien und die gesamte Hand checkte die ganze Zeit. Der Small Blind setzt 150 $, also habe ich mitgegangen und der andere Spieler hat gefoldet. Mein Gegner hat nichts, also gewinne ich die Hand. Ich schätze, Sie fragen sich, warum ich angerufen habe. Das ganze Scheck, Scheck, Scheck und der Mindesteinsatz am Ende zeigten mir, dass der Spieler nicht viel hatte und auf „Stehlen“ aus war. Ich habe nicht immer Recht, aber manchmal habe ich recht, und das war einer dieser Momente. Meiner Erfahrung nach lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall immer, einen Min-Einsatz am River zu callen (wenn Sie ein kleines Paar oder ein Ass hoch haben), wenn vorher nur gecheckt wurde.
Wir haben nur noch 3 Spieler und die wirklich nervige Person ist immer noch dabei (sie trägt nichts als einen Bikini, möchte ich hinzufügen :o)
Der dritte Spieler ist gerade untergegangen geschlagen von . Der Spieler hat ein Damenpaar auf dem Brett gebildet.
Ich bin hier der Außenseiter mit nur 3.000 Chips. Ich habe einen guten Kampf geschlagen, habe ihn aber in der letzten Hand gegen zwei Paare verloren.
Es war ein gutes Spiel, allerdings war die Qualität einiger Spielzüge sehr schlecht. Ich habe 1,50 $ gewonnen, was großartig ist und mir etwas mehr zum Spielen gibt.

This game is a matrix game on Full Tilt. $1 buy in, 300 chips, 4 tables, 6 players.
I'm not going to write it as I go as this would be impossible but I will give you the basics of what happened once I'm done. If you've never played these matrix games before, they are definitely worth a look. You have 4 chances to win prizes plus there is an overall leaderboard payout too. It's quite fast and I recommend tiling the tables so you can see them all at the same time.
In the time it took me to write the above paragraph 6 people are knocked out (adding up the lost players from the 4 tables).
I've just been dealt at one table so I raised 3 x BB (remember we only have 300 chips) and I get one caller. The flop is . As I'm pot committed I have no alternative but to go all in and hope the other player doesnt have an ace. Unfortunately he did. He showed his hand (crap hand really) and the turn is and the river is 5 . So I was out and came last at that table which is not good for the overall positions as you get 1 point for every person that you stay on a table longer than. i.e. if someone is knocked out, you get 1 point.
A few hands in on another table and I'm dealt . I just went all in and got one caller. It was one of those times you say to yourself "typical". My opponent showed . The cards that fall on the table were , turn is and the river is . I was out in 5th on that table so Im not doing very well at all.
On the third table, my chips are dwindling fast as I can't get a hand. I'm down to 100 chips and I'm the BB at 50 so I have no choice but to go all in with my . I'm up against Ace rag so I have no hope at all. The cards don't help me and I'm out in 3rd.
So the last table that I'm still playing on and there are 3 of us left. I did win a couple of hands, one with a bluff (I don't talk about my bluffs as I don't want to give too much away). The 3rd player is knocked out and we are down to 2 players. At one point I did manage to take the lead with the chips (1,035) but that was short lived. My opponent kept trying it on by just betting 2 x the min after the flop so I called a couple of times and won each time. My lead was short lived though and ours was the last table to finish. Again, no hands and my chips are dwindling. I did win a few hands but the other player was getting the better hands. He kept raising my BB and I decided to give it a go with . The flop came down and my opponent went all in. I decided that I had a good chance of hitting my flush so I went for it. Unfortunately it wasn't to be! The opponent had . The turn was and the river was . So I came second and won 42c. Not a great return for my buck buy in but better than nothing.
It was a really fast game but I do enjoy these matrix games. I would suggest that non speed, non short stack buy ins to start with until you get the feel of them. Watch for players sitting out who just want to earn points by "staying in" and there will be a lot of all ins at the early stages of the game.

Mein Gegner hat es gezeigt . Die Karten, die auf den Tisch fallen, waren , an der Reihe ist und der Fluss ist . Ich lag an diesem Tisch auf dem 5. Platz, also schneide ich überhaupt nicht gut ab.
Am dritten Tisch schwinden meine Chips schnell, da ich keine Hand mehr bekommen kann. Ich habe nur noch 100 Chips und bin mit 50 der BB, also habe ich keine andere Wahl, als mit meinem All-In zu gehen . Ich trete gegen Ace Rag an, also habe ich überhaupt keine Hoffnung. Die Karten helfen mir nicht und ich bin Dritter.
Also der letzte Tisch, an dem ich noch spiele, und wir sind noch zu dritt übrig. Ich habe ein paar Hände gewonnen, eine mit einem Bluff (über meine Bluffs rede ich nicht, da ich nicht zu viel verraten möchte). Der dritte Spieler scheidet aus und wir haben nur noch 2 Spieler. Irgendwann gelang es mir zwar, mit den Chips (1.035) die Führung zu übernehmen, aber das war nur von kurzer Dauer. Mein Gegner versuchte es immer wieder, indem er nach dem Flop nur 2 x pro Minute setzte, also callte ich ein paar Mal und gewann jedes Mal. Mein Vorsprung war jedoch nur von kurzer Dauer und unserer war der letzte Tisch, der fertig wurde. Wieder keine Hände und meine Chips schwinden. Ich habe ein paar Hände gewonnen, aber der andere Spieler hatte die besseren Hände. Er erhöhte meinen BB immer weiter und ich beschloss, es zu versuchen . Der Flop kam und mein Gegner ging All-In. Ich entschied, dass ich eine gute Chance hatte, meinen Flush zu treffen, also ging ich darauf ein. Leider sollte es nicht sein! Der Gegner hatte . Die Wende war und der Fluss war . So wurde ich Zweiter und gewann 42c. Keine tolle Rendite für mein eingekauftes Geld, aber besser als nichts.
Es war ein wirklich schnelles Spiel, aber ich mag diese Matrixspiele. Ich würde vorschlagen, dass Sie zunächst mit Buy-Ins ohne Geschwindigkeit und ohne Short-Stack beginnen, bis Sie ein Gefühl dafür bekommen. Achten Sie auf Spieler, die aussetzen und einfach nur Punkte sammeln wollen, indem sie „drin bleiben“, denn in der Anfangsphase des Spiels wird es viele All-Ins geben.

It's been far too long since my last game - so I've taken a little bit of time out to have a game. I'm at Full Tilt $5 + 0.50c 6 seater.
First hand and Im dealt rubbish and the player to my left goes all in - everyone else folds.
2nd hand. I folded but the player to my left raises to 150 this time. BB calls and everyone else folds. The flop is . BB checks and the original raiser bets 345 (the pot). BB calls. The turn is . BB checks again and original raiser bets 30. Now bearing in mind the pot is 1,065 and the original raiser has limped in with a 30 bet, it looks as though he may have Ace rag and is only now worrying about the pair of 5s on the board. BB raises to 210. Despite my comment above about the player worrying about the 5s on the table, he goes all in and BB immediately calls.
The cards show and the original raiser has and BB has . The river is which is no help to either of them. The original raiser is left with 210 chips (the amount he won on the first hand).
I think because of the first hand "all in" from the player on my left and then his subsequent pre-flop raise, the BB thought the raiser was a bluffer and called the raise. Had the raiser not "all in'd" on the first hand, the BB would likely have folded with the raise on the 2nd hand. Previous play directly affects "respect" at the table and BB clearly had none for the raiser (well those are my thoughts - feel free to comment on this).
Ok - I digress. A few hands on (I'm BB) and I have rubbish so I'm going to be folding - the player to my left goes all in with his remaining 180 chips and there are 2 callers.
The flop is . 1st to act checks as does the other player. The turn is . Checking all round again. River is and another round of checks.
All the hands show and the player that is all in shows , 1st to act in the betting shows and the other player shows . The all in player shares the pot with the first to act player.
The player to my left is finally knocked out a few hands on, losing to an Ace high.
I've only played a couple of hands so far - nothing to speak of. Two players are now all in pre flop. The first player shows his hand and has and the opponent shows . The flop is , turn is and river is and we are down to 4.
The very next hand and two players are all in again - they sure are in a hurry to lose their chips. They show their hands preflop and one has and the other has . The flop is , turn is and the river is . So another player is down and out - 3 of us left.
A few more hands and another player is knocked out beaten by a pair of kings to ace high and then there were 2. So I'm at least in the money but my chip stack is pretty low.
I won a couple of hands but only by bluffing and stealing. The endless hands of absolute rubbish are really making it a bit of a boring game at this point. I'm dealt and decided I have to make a move and I go all in. Opponent calls and shows . The table cards are 
so I got lucky with my aces.
Many hands go by and it's 6 of one and half a dozen of the other - taking it in turns to steal blinds, bluff etc.
I'm BB and I'm dealt and my BB was min raised so I called just to see the flop which was . We both check. The turn is so I bet 600 and was raised all in - I called. Opponent shows and the river is and I\'m out to a King kicker.
I think I was quite unlucky that he was holding a 10 as well in that last hand. It was a quickish game but coming in second and doubling my money was a fair result.

Mein letztes Spiel ist viel zu lange her – deshalb habe ich mir etwas Zeit genommen, um ein Spiel zu spielen. Ich bin bei Full Tilt für 5 $ + 0,50 Cent 6-Sitzer.
Erste Hand und mir wird Unsinn ausgeteilt und der Spieler zu meiner Linken geht All-In – alle anderen passen.
2. Hand. Ich habe gefoldet, aber der Spieler zu meiner Linken erhöht dieses Mal auf 150. BB geht mit und alle anderen passen auf. Der Flop ist . BB checkt und der ursprüngliche Raiser setzt 345 (den Pot). BB ruft an. Die Wende ist . BB checkt erneut und der ursprüngliche Raiser setzt 30. Wenn man nun bedenkt, dass der Pot 1.065 beträgt und der ursprüngliche Raiser mit einem Einsatz von 30 reingelimpt ist, sieht es so aus, als hätte er vielleicht ein Ace-Rag und macht sich erst jetzt Sorgen um das 5er-Paar auf dem Pot Planke. Ich habe ein paar Hände gewonnen, aber nur durch Bluffen und Stehlen. Die endlosen Hände des absoluten Blödsinns machen das Spiel an dieser Stelle wirklich etwas langweilig. Ich bin erledigt und beschloss, dass ich einen Zug machen muss und All-In gehe. Der Gegner callt und zeigt . Die Tischkarten sind also hatte ich Glück mit meinen Assen.
Viele Hände vergehen und es sind 6 von einem und ein halbes Dutzend von den anderen – abwechselnd werden Blinds gestohlen, geblufft usw.

I've just logged into PokerStars and although I've never deposited on there, I have some bits of cash all over the place. I've got just under $5 in US, €1.10 in Euros and £1.46 in GBP. I'm not sure how come I've got all these currencies but anyway, I decided to play a 25c tournament. There are 90 players and the top prize is $6.23 plus there are 7 places paid in all.
This is a great way to learn tournament play if you are a new player and it's very cheap so, if you do lose, it doesn't cost you the earth.
I'm writing this as it happens.
I'm just playing premium hands to start with and as I haven't had a decent hand yet, I'm just posting and folding.
I was just dealt and I'm BB - pot was raised pre-flop to 120 so I folded. Sods law the flop was . Don't you just hate it when that happens. The turn was never dealt after one player bet all in after this flop.
I've still not played a hand and we are down to 78 players and I'm currently 50th. I'm not too worried yet as the blinds are still $15/$30.
Still haven't played a hand and its on a [synchronized] break so I'm going to make me a tea! ;)

I'm registered for a 50c + 10c Fast Fifty tourney at 365Bonitas Poker.
I know the players on here are very fishy, so I'm putting my fishy hat on too. First hand and 2 players are out with some pretty bad calls.
Next hand are my cards and Im calling for 10c. The flop is and everyone checks. Turn is and the river is . Checking all the way and my hand was pipped by
Another player was just knocked out after he went all in with against . The kicker counted as they both had a pair of Aces after the flop.
Another player was just knocked out with a substandard hand. One player (chip leader) went all in and another player called. The hands showed and the chip leader shows and the caller shows . The flop turn and river are so another player bites the dust.
We are now down to 5 players and so far this game has been more like a game of bingo than a game of poker. I hope it will improve now.
Another player is out who was just posting and folding all the way through. That's something that I will never understand. Why pay good money for a game and then sit out all the way through? It makes no sense to me.

Das war ein schreckliches Spiel, das mir überhaupt keinen Spaß gemacht hat, obwohl ich meinen Einsatz verdoppelt habe. Das Gute an dieser Seite ist, dass es regelmäßig Freerolls gibt, es gibt kostenlose Sitngos, bei denen man 1 $ echtes Geld gewinnen kann, und es ist immer ein Spiel verfügbar.

Just my lowly opinion....but I think the lower the stakes the more you see this. I saw it so much when I played poker online that I quit playing. You wouldn't see this in high stakes games or tournaments.

Nur meine bescheidene Meinung ... aber ich denke, je niedriger der Einsatz ist, desto mehr sieht man das. Als ich online Poker gespielt habe, habe ich es so oft gesehen, dass ich mit dem Spielen aufgehört habe. Das würde man bei Spielen oder Turnieren mit hohen Einsätzen nicht sehen.

I read your blog on suited-connectors, I am one of the few players who really hates getting AA. I have had them cracked so many times by 5-6, 4-3,8-9, suited, that I usually go all-in , just to save myself the heartache.

I've just had a game on Full Tilt.
It was a pretty tough game and there were some "good" players. I put that in inverted commas because they were playing poker by the book. Using position to raise, bullying the smaller stacks and so on, so it made it an interesting game.
I should add that I played a few matrix games where you start with 300 chips and I've never been so unlucky at these tables. Every time I had a hand, I was rivered. For example I had trip queens and was rivered by a fishy flush. Another hand I had top 2 pair which is a pretty good hand and was beaten by someone holding bottom pair who hit trips on the river. What can you do when your "luck" is out.
Anyway, onto this game which was a simple $1, 9-seater, non-turbo NL sitngo. 134 hands from start to finish so I won't be covering every hand, just the best bits.
13 hands in, after much blind stealing by the other players, I'm dealt . Blinds are 20/40 and I'm UTG. I raised to 200 and everyone folded.
Two hands down the line, I'm SB. One player raises to 120 and there are 3 callers. I folded my .
The flop comes down . I would have had a straight if I'd called. The betting resumes and the original raiser bets 360 and there is one caller. The turn is and the original raiser puts the opponent all in who swiftly calls. The original raiser has and unbelievably, the caller has . He did have a flush and straight draw giving him 12 outs but it's a longshot. The river is and one player is out.
I'm BB after lots of folding by me and I've got . I'm raised to 125, everyone else folds and I call. This player is the one who just knocked out the player in the hand above.
The flop is and I bet the pot which is 275. The original raiser goes all in which means I will be all in if I call. The worst he can have for me is the Ace with a Jack or Ace with a King so I decide to call. His hand is revealed and he has . No other cards assist us and we share the pot.
A few hands in another player is out losing to a slow played pocket .
Many hands on and I lose half my stack chasing a straight which never arrived. I could kick myself when I do that - I know I shouldn't do it but I still do. I have to give myself a bit of a telling off at this point for trying to get a hand when my cards are rubbish. So I'm now short stack and in for a bit of bullying.
We are now 44 hands into the game and I'm dealt and I'm Big Blind so this should be interesting. Everyone folds right up to the dealer who promptly goes all in. He is in a perfect position to raise me and has taken a chance that I don't have a hand worthy of an all in bet. So I call him. His cards are revealed and he has . The flop is , the turn is and the river is . I doubled up and I'm back in the game.
A few hands on and I'm dealt - very pretty. I'm 2 places behind the dealer and I just flat call. Everyone folds up to SB who raises min raise to 160. I flat call and BB folds. The flop is . Opponent bets 80 I raise to 640 (pot plus his bet) and he raises me to 1200. So I don't hesitate to re-raise all in. He shows his hand which is so he's chasing the straight. The turn is and the river is so I've again doubled up.
Many hands on and one player loses all bar 60 chips with an all in bet with against
The player with 60 chips left is out next hand as he was BB but had rubbish.
The very next hand and I'm SB and the raiser in the first hand is up to his tricks again. He is UTG and raises to 300 (blinds are 60/120). One player calls, I fold and the BB re-raises all in for 741. The original raiser also re-raises all in for 2,622 and the other player calls (all in).

These two players love to steal my blinds and I'm letting them now and then until I hit a nice hand.

Just 2 of us left and the other player tries to steal my blinds every hand - I do retaliate with a few large raises and he immediately folds.
I'm SB and I'm dealt . I flat called and he does his usual min raise so I called. The flop comes down . He checks and I bet min bet. He raises to 960 so I called, figuring that I was ahead. is the turn so I went all in and he called. He shows . So I'm ahead with 2 pairs and he needs a 10 on the river to beat me. The river is . I'm gutted and I'm out in 2nd place.
I was gutted over that last hand as I was well in the lead before the river. Such is life. I did win a prize so I should be happy.

Ich bin BB, nachdem ich viel gefoldet habe, und ich habe es geschafft . Ich werde auf 125 erhöht, alle anderen passen und ich gehe mit. Dieser Spieler ist derjenige, der gerade den Spieler in der Hand oben ausgeschaltet hat.
Der Flop ist und ich setze den Pot, der 275 beträgt. Der ursprüngliche Raiser geht All-In, was bedeutet, dass ich All-In bin, wenn ich mitgehe. Wir haben jetzt 44 Hände im Spiel und ich habe den Deal erhalten und ich bin Big Blind, also dürfte das interessant sein. Alle passen bis zum Dealer, der sofort All-In geht. Er ist in einer perfekten Position, um mich zu erhöhen, und hat das Risiko genutzt, dass ich keine Hand habe, die einer All-In-Wette würdig wäre. Also rufe ich ihn an. Die anderen beiden Spieler kämpfen um die Blinds und irgendwann verliert der Chipleader (der ursprüngliche Raiser) den größten Teil seines Stacks an den anderen Spieler. Diese beiden Spieler lieben es, meine Blinds zu stehlen, und ich lasse sie ab und zu zu, bis ich eine gute Hand treffe.
Ich bin BB und ich wurde behandelt . Der ursprüngliche Raiser geht All-In und SB passt. Ich habe gesehen, wie die Ace-Lappen dieses Kerls sind, also beschließe ich, anzurufen. Er zeigt Das ist keine schlechte Hand.

Wir sind nur noch zu zweit übrig und der andere Spieler versucht bei jeder Hand, meine Blinds zu stehlen – ich revanchiere mich mit ein paar großen Erhöhungen und er passt sofort.
Ich bin SB und mir wird zugeteilt . Ich habe einen Flat-Call gemacht und er hat sein übliches Min-Raise gemacht, also habe ich gecallt. Der Flop kommt . Er checkt und ich setze einen Min-Bet. Er raist auf 960, also habe ich gecallt, da ich dachte, ich hätte die Nase vorn. ist der Turn, also bin ich All-In gegangen und er hat gecallt. Er zeigt . Ich liege also mit 2 Paaren vorne und er braucht eine 10 auf dem River, um mich zu schlagen. Der Fluss ist . Ich bin enttäuscht und liege auf dem zweiten Platz.
Ich war über diese letzte Hand enttäuscht, da ich vor dem River deutlich in Führung lag. So ist das Leben. Ich habe einen Preis gewonnen, also sollte ich glücklich sein.

I'm not going to give a blow by blow account because it would take forever but I will mention some highlights. This game ran for 2 hours 27 minutes and to say I was ready for my bed at the end of it was an understatement. It finished at 2.31 am and of course I wanted to write it up so here goes.
I managed to double up my chips quite early when I had and managed to hit trips on the flop so I was off to a flying start and in the top 10 straight away.
There was the usual run of bad play that you generally find at the beginning of the tournament - I even put a note on one of the players who called an all in bet of 795 with and of course, he lost that hand. Little did I realise the significance of that note later on in the game.
I did my usual posting and folding but I have to say, I had a good feeling about this game. I guess I was in the right frame of mind. Anyway back to the game.
I had pocket on one hand where I was the dealer and decided not to raise. SB called and BB checked. The flop came down and the BB just threw all his chips in the pot so I called. SB folded. He revealed his hand which was . Fortunately my 7s held and he was out and I won the pot. I know it was a risky call - he could have had a straight.
I folded a lot of hands, played a few hands and won a few hands. I was still in the top 10; in fact I was 6th.
Im BB and Im dealt - blinds are $100/$200 and the player UTG goes all in for $1553 pre-flop. I decided to call. He showed his hand .

Quite a few hands on and the tables are rebalanced and I didn't realise it at the time but it was the final table. We were down to 10 players and who should appear but the guy who I put the note on earlier. He was chip leader and I was sixth.
I watched his play for a while - he liked to steal a lot of blinds and more often than not, raised with pure rubbish.
Blinds are $200/$400 and I'm BB. The guy with the note on him is two seats back from me so he is the dealer. I'm dealt and UTG calls as does the noted player. The flop comes down . Everyone checks. Noted player bets 400 when comes on the turn. I called and UTG folds. The river is and the noted player bets 400 again. I flat called. He shows his cards which are and I win the hand. Im so glad I put my note on this player as I would definitely have folded in normal circumstances.
Three players go out and we are down to 7 of us. All places are now paying places so Im expecting to see play loosen up a little now.
During the past good few hands, the noted player is nicking a heck of a lot of the blinds and I don't "believe" his bets at all which can be quite dangerous as it means I will likely be calling his raises where I would normally fold.
Here is a classic example of a hand that could have gone so horribly wrong.
Im dealt and Im BB and noted player is dealer. Blinds are 400/800 so Im not about to let my blinds go without a bit of a fight. Everyone folds up to noted player and he raises to 3,600. For the kind of hands I had seen him play I thought it was worth a call. The flop came down . He checked and I checked. I actually wondered if my 6s put me ahead. Anyway the river came down . I bet 2,400 and he raised me to 4,800. So I re-raised him to 7,200 at which point he promptly threw all 38k of his chips in the middle and I immediately called. His hand showed which was .
So he had a great hand pre-flop and due to his dire play in umpteen previous hands, meant that I called where normally I would have folded. Theres a lot of food for thought here. On one hand, the guy is the chip leader because he knows how to steal blinds and raise other players off of hands but then looking at the other side of the coin, because of his play, hands that would normally be folded were called which cost him very dearly...as in this case.
The final card comes down which is the which is no help to either of us and I win a very healthy pot of 23k.
We are down to 5 players and this guy really wants to share his wealth with the other players at the table by making ridiculous calls and bets. I have to add that players like this make the game really interesting and a bit of a battle which I truly enjoy.
I wont go into detail about all the hands so much here because this game just went on and on and on. The remaining players seem to be catching on about this guys play and are re-raising his raises, calling his raises and so on. This noted player finally folds a few hands.
Now down to 3 players and the other player bets all in for 10k with and the noted player calls him with . The cards on the table are , turn is and the river is so the noted player gets lucky and we are now down to 2 players. Me and the noted player.
The chips are going back and forth between us and we seem to be taking turns in being the chip leader.
At one point I had him down to 4k and this guy just got lucky hand after hand after hand. Here are some of the hands he won with:

On one hand I had and I went all in hoping just to steal the blinds but he called. He showed but I hit an ace on the turn and managed to double up.
I was now the chip leader and I'm dealt . The blinds are 1k/2k and I raised to 10k pre flop. He bet all in for 22k and I called straight away. He revealed his cards which were . The flop came down , the turn was and the river was . I had won the game, $3.52 for my 25c stake and beat 44 other players.
But I have to say, best of all I beat that guy who called an all in with right at the beginning of the game.
I can't stress the importance of putting notes on players enough. Not only do they serve you in the game you are in, but should you meet them again in another game, the notes will certainly assist you.
I know I was quite lucky on a few occasions in this game and there were a few hands that I should never have called but the poor play or should that read "good play?" of other players can sway your thinking in certain situations.
All in all, poker is a very complex game when you get down to the nitty gritty but I still love it!

Dieses Spiel dauerte 2 Stunden und 27 Minuten und zu sagen, dass ich am Ende bereit für mein Bett war, war eine Untertreibung. Es endete um 2.31 Uhr und natürlich wollte ich es aufschreiben, also geht es hier weiter.
Als ich es geschafft hatte, gelang es mir recht früh, meine Chips zu verdoppeln und schaffte es, auf dem Flop Trips zu machen, so dass ich einen fliegenden Start hatte und sofort in den Top 10 war.
Es gab die übliche Serie von schlechtem Spiel, die man normalerweise zu Beginn des Turniers antrifft – ich habe sogar einen der Spieler notiert, der einen All-in-Bet von 795 gecallt hat und natürlich hat er diese Hand verloren. Später im Spiel wurde mir die Bedeutung dieser Notiz kaum bewusst.
Ich habe wie üblich gepostet und gefoldet, aber ich muss sagen, ich hatte ein gutes Gefühl bei diesem Spiel. Ich schätze, ich war in der richtigen Stimmung. Wie auch immer, zurück zum Spiel.
Ich hatte eine Tasche Einerseits war ich der Dealer und habe beschlossen, nicht zu erhöhen. SB callte und BB checkte. Der Flop kam und der BB hat einfach alle seine Chips in den Pot geworfen, also habe ich gecallt. SB hat gefoldet. Er zeigte seine Hand, die war . Glücklicherweise hielten meine 7er und er war draußen und ich gewann den Pot. Ich weiß, dass es ein riskanter Call war – er hätte einen Straight haben können.
Ich habe viele Hände gefoldet, ein paar Hände gespielt und ein paar Hände gewonnen. Ich war immer noch unter den Top 10; Tatsächlich war ich Sechster.

Nach ein paar Hands-on-Spielen sind die Tische neu ausbalanciert, und ich habe es damals noch nicht bemerkt, aber es war der Finaltisch. Wir hatten nur noch 10 Spieler und wer sollte erscheinen, außer der Typ, dem ich vorhin die Notiz gegeben habe. Er war Chipleader und ich wurde Sechster.
Ich habe ihm eine Weile zugeschaut – er stahl gern viele Blinds und erhöhte meistens mit völligem Unsinn.
Die Blinds betragen 200 $/400 $ und ich bin BB. Der Typ mit dem Zettel bei sich sitzt zwei Sitze von mir entfernt, also ist er der Händler. Ich bin erledigt und UTG ruft an, ebenso wie der genannte Spieler. Der Flop kommt . Jeder prüft. Der notierte Spieler setzt 400, wenn kommt an der Wende. Ich callte und UTG klappte. Der Fluss ist und der notierte Spieler setzt erneut 400. Ich habe einfach angerufen. Er zeigt seine Karten und ich gewinne die Hand. Ich bin so froh, dass ich diesem Spieler meine Notiz gegeben habe, da ich unter normalen Umständen definitiv gefoldet hätte.
Drei Spieler gehen raus und wir sind nur noch sieben. Alle Plätze sind jetzt kostenpflichtige Plätze, daher erwarte ich, dass sich der Spielbetrieb jetzt etwas entspannt.
In den letzten paar Händen hat der bekannte Spieler eine Menge Blinds geklaut und ich „glaube“ seinen Einsätzen überhaupt nicht, was ziemlich gefährlich sein kann, da es bedeutet, dass ich seine Erhöhungen wahrscheinlich dort mitgehen werde, wo ich es tun würde normalerweise falten.
Hier ist ein klassisches Beispiel für eine Hand, die so schrecklich schiefgehen konnte.
Ich bin erledigt und ich bin BB und der bekannte Spieler ist der Dealer. Die Blinds liegen bei 400/800, also werde ich meine Blinds nicht kampflos loslassen. Jeder passt zum bekannten Spieler und er erhöht auf 3.600. Für die Art von Händen, die ich ihn spielen sah, war es meiner Meinung nach einen Call wert. Der Flop kam . Er hat es überprüft und ich habe es überprüft. Ich habe mich tatsächlich gefragt, ob meine 6er mich voranbringen. Wie auch immer, der Fluss kam herunter . Ich habe 2.400 gesetzt und er hat mich auf 4.800 erhöht. Also erhöhte ich ihn erneut auf 7.200, woraufhin er sofort alle 38.000 seiner Chips in die Mitte warf und ich sofort mitging. Seine Hand zeigte, was war .
Er hatte also vor dem Flop eine großartige Hand und aufgrund seines schrecklichen Spiels in unzähligen vorherigen Händen bedeutete dies, dass ich dort gecallt habe, wo ich normalerweise gefoldet hätte. Hier gibt es jede Menge Denkanstöße. Einerseits ist der Typ der Chipleader, weil er weiß, wie man Blinds stiehlt und andere Spieler aus Händen erhöht, aber auf der anderen Seite der Medaille wurden aufgrund seines Spiels Hände gecallt, die normalerweise gefoldet würden, was Kosten verursachte ihm sehr am Herzen... wie in diesem Fall.
Die letzte Karte kommt herunter, nämlich die Das hilft keinem von uns und ich gewinne einen sehr stattlichen Pot von 23.000.
Wir haben nur noch 5 Spieler und dieser Typ möchte sein Vermögen unbedingt mit den anderen Spielern am Tisch teilen, indem er lächerliche Calls und Wetten tätigt. Ich muss hinzufügen, dass Spieler wie dieser das Spiel wirklich interessant und zu einem Kampfgefecht machen, das mir wirklich Spaß macht.
Ich werde hier nicht so sehr auf alle Hände eingehen, da dieses Spiel einfach immer weiter ging. Die verbleibenden Spieler scheinen das Spiel dieses Kerls zu verstehen und erhöhen seine Erhöhungen erneut, callen seine Erhöhungen und so weiter. Dieser bekannte Spieler gibt schließlich ein paar Hände aus.
Jetzt sind es nur noch 3 Spieler und der andere Spieler setzt mit 10.000 All-In und der notierte Spieler ruft ihn mit . Die Karten auf dem Tisch sind , an der Reihe ist und der Fluss ist Der angegebene Spieler hat also Glück und wir haben jetzt nur noch 2 Spieler. Ich und der bekannte Spieler.
Die Chips wechseln zwischen uns hin und her und wir scheinen abwechselnd der Chipleader zu sein.
Irgendwann hatte ich ihn auf 4 km reduziert und dieser Typ hatte Hand für Hand Glück. Hier sind einige der Hände, mit denen er gewonnen hat:

Einerseits hatte ich und ich ging All-In in der Hoffnung, nur die Blinds zu stehlen, aber er ging mit. Er zeigte Aber ich traf am Turn ein Ass und schaffte es, zu verdoppeln.
Ich war jetzt der Chipleader und bekam den Deal . Die Blinds betragen 1.000/2.000 und ich habe vor dem Flop auf 10.000 erhöht. Er setzte mit 22.000 All-In und ich callte sofort. Er deckte seine Karten auf . Der Flop kam , die Wende war und der Fluss war . Ich hatte das Spiel gewonnen, 3,52 $ für meinen Einsatz von 25 Cent, und 44 andere Spieler geschlagen.
Aber ich muss sagen, das Beste von allem war, dass ich den Kerl geschlagen habe, der ein All-In gecallt hat gleich zu Beginn des Spiels.
Ich kann nicht genug betonen, wie wichtig es ist, den Spielern Notizen zu machen. Sie helfen Ihnen nicht nur in dem Spiel, in dem Sie sich befinden, sondern auch, wenn Sie sie in einem anderen Spiel wieder treffen, werden Ihnen die Notizen sicherlich weiterhelfen.
Ich weiß, dass ich in diesem Spiel ein paar Mal ziemlich viel Glück hatte und es gab ein paar Hände, die ich nie hätte mitgehen sollen, aber das schlechte Spiel oder sollte das „gutes Spiel“ lauten? Die Meinung anderer Spieler kann Ihr Denken in bestimmten Situationen beeinflussen.
Alles in allem ist Poker ein sehr komplexes Spiel, wenn man bis ins Detail geht, aber ich liebe es trotzdem!

$5 sitngo 6 seater on Full Tilt was my game choice this time. I fancied upping the stakes slightly to see how I did.
152 hands in this game so I won't be showing every hand or it will take me all day to write it.
Game started quite slow - no all ins on the first round which is unusual. It didn't take too long to find out that at least one player was a bit of a bluffer and he managed to call almost every hand. The problem was that he kept getting lucky with cards like and .
I'm posting and folding while all these bad hands are going on. This bluffer did get unlucky in one hand and lost most of his chips.
Next hand and I'm SB and I'm dealt and the bluffer who is Dealer bets all in so I called for 455 chips. Everyone else folded. His cards are revealed and he has The flop comes down , the turn is and the river is . He is out and we are down to 5 players.
There was a little bit of banter during the game and one UK player commented to an Australian player about how well the Aussies did in the Ashes (of course being sarcastic). He responded by saying he doesn't really follow it but he does like swimming. Now this Aussie player doesn't have too many chips and within a few seconds the UK player came back and said "You're drowning here". The Aussie player wasn't offended in any way and just came back with "Genius response". The Australian player was quite comical and this made it a really pleasant game.
Ok so back to the game. Loads of posting and folding and of course blind stealing. One player went all in and was called by the chip leader. The all in player shows and BB swiftly calls and shows . The flop came down , the turn was and the river was so one more player was out and we were down to 4.
The very next hand, I've folded and the Australian and the guy from the UK have both checked after the flop which was . The turn comes and it's and the Australian decides to go all in and his opponent promptly calls. Their hands are revealed and the Australian has and the opponent (UK guy) has . The river was and so the Australian was out and we were down to 3.
There is a Dutch player, the UK player and myself left and The Dutch player had 5300 chips, I have 2000 and the UK player has 1500 (rough figures).and 53 hands have passed.
Many hands later and I'm dealt . The chip leader raises (min raise to 200) so I re-reraised to 800. He flat called my raise. The flop comes down so I just bet all in and he called. His cards are revealed and he has . The turn was and the river was so I doubled up and was now the chip leader.
Many hands go by and it was basically posting and folding with a very small amount of blind stealing in between.
I'm dealer and fold and the two other players just call to the blind and check. The flop comes down . Both players check. The turn comes . Again they both check. The river comes on the table and its . The UK pulls his favourite trick and goes all in and the Dutch player quickly calls. The UK guy shows so he has a straight and the Dutch player shows so he has the flush and we are now down to two players.
109 hands have now passed, two players left and I'm definitely in the money.
We are both posting and folds - the cards are dire. I then hit so I raised 3 x BB to 480 and my opponent goes all in for $6k! So I decided to call. Hmm - wasn't sure if it was a right decision but if I can't call with that hand, what am I going to call with? Anyway, he shows . The flop comes down , the turn was and the river was so I'd (luckily) managed to double up. Any pair is a good hand when playing heads up and so is an Ace with a great kicker.
We are both posting and folding, stealing where possible and the chips remain pretty much the same. These last few hands, my opponent was stealing a lot of my BB and I decided it was time to fight back. So I'm BB and I have which isn't a great hand but heads up, it's certainly not a bad hand. The Dutch player raised min raise so I called. The flop came down so I bet 800 to see if I could throw him off the hand. He re-raised all in!
Now this was a predicament. I needed one card for a flush and I had a 5 to 1 chance of hitting it. I still would have sufficient chips to fight back if I lost so I decided (right or wrong) to call. His cards were shown and he had and . The turn was so now I had a flush draw and a straight draw giving me 17 outs. I now had a 3 to 1 chance of hitting either the flush or the straight. The river was so I hit my flush and won the game.
My prize was $19.50 and I have to say, it was a good game and I really did get lucky on that last hand. I guess sometimes you just have to take a risk.

Dieses Mal entschied ich mich für ein 5-Dollar-Sit-NGO-Spiel mit 6 Sitzplätzen bei Full Tilt . Ich wollte den Einsatz leicht erhöhen, um zu sehen, wie es mir ergeht.
152 Hände in diesem Spiel, also werde ich nicht jede Hand zeigen, sonst würde ich den ganzen Tag brauchen, um sie zu schreiben.
Das Spiel begann recht langsam – in der ersten Runde gab es keine All-Ins, was ungewöhnlich ist. Es dauerte nicht lange, bis man herausfand, dass mindestens ein Spieler ein bisschen bluffte und es ihm gelang, fast jede Hand zu callen. Das Problem war, dass er mit Karten wie … immer wieder Glück hatte Und .
Ich poste und passe, während all diese schlechten Hände weitergehen. Dieser Bluffer hatte in einer Hand Pech und verlor die meisten seiner Chips.
In der nächsten Hand bin ich SB und werde ausgeteilt und der Bluffer, der der Dealer ist, setzt All-In, also habe ich mit 455 Chips gecallt. Alle anderen haben gefoldet. Seine Karten werden aufgedeckt und er hat Der Flop kommt , die Wende ist und der Fluss ist . Er fällt aus und wir haben nur noch 5 Spieler.
Während des Spiels gab es ein wenig Scherz und ein britischer Spieler äußerte sich zu einem australischen Spieler darüber, wie gut die Aussies in den Ashes abgeschnitten hätten (natürlich sarkastisch). Er antwortete, dass er sich nicht wirklich daran hält, aber er schwimmt gern. Jetzt hat dieser australische Spieler nicht mehr allzu viele Chips und innerhalb weniger Sekunden kam der britische Spieler zurück und sagte: „Du ertrinkst hier.“ Der australische Spieler war in keiner Weise beleidigt und kam einfach mit einer „genialen Antwort“ zurück. Der australische Spieler war ziemlich komisch und das machte es zu einem wirklich angenehmen Spiel.
Ok, also zurück zum Spiel. Jede Menge Posten und Falten und natürlich blindes Stehlen. Ein Spieler ging All-In und wurde vom Chipleader gecallt. Die All-in-Player-Shows und BB ruft schnell an und zeigt . Der Flop kam , die Wende war und der Fluss war also war ein weiterer Spieler draußen und wir waren nur noch 4.
Gleich in der nächsten Hand habe ich gefoldet und der Australier und der Brite haben beide nach dem Flop gecheckt . Die Wende kommt und es ist soweit und der Australier beschließt, All-In zu gehen, und sein Gegner geht prompt mit. Ihre Hände werden aufgedeckt und der Australier hat und der Gegner (der Brite) hat es getan . Der Fluss war und so war der Australier draußen und wir waren nur noch 3.
Es sind ein niederländischer Spieler, der britische Spieler und ich übrig und der niederländische Spieler hatte 5300 Chips, ich habe 2000 und der britische Spieler hat 1500 (ungefähre Zahlen). Und es sind 53 Hände vergangen.

Ich bin Dealer und passe, und die beiden anderen Spieler rufen einfach im Blind an und checken. Der Flop kommt . Beide Spieler checken. Die Wende kommt . Noch einmal prüfen beide. Der Fluss kommt auf den Tisch und es ist . Der Vereinigte Königreich zieht seinen Lieblingstrick und geht All-In, und der niederländische Spieler geht schnell mit. Der Brite zeigt es Er hat also eine Straße und der niederländische Spieler zeigt Er hat also den Flush und wir haben jetzt nur noch zwei Spieler.
Mittlerweile sind 109 Hände vergangen, zwei Spieler sind noch übrig und ich bin definitiv im Geld.
Wir posten und falten – die Karten sind düster. Ich habe dann zugeschlagen Also habe ich 3 x BB auf 480 erhöht und mein Gegner geht mit 6.000 $ All-In! Also beschloss ich anzurufen. Hmm – ich war mir nicht sicher, ob es die richtige Entscheidung war, aber wenn ich mit dieser Hand nicht mitgehen kann, womit soll ich dann mitgehen? Wie auch immer, er zeigt es . Der Flop kommt , die Wende war und der Fluss war also hatte ich es (zum Glück) geschafft, zu verdoppeln. Beim Heads-up ist jedes Paar eine gute Hand, ebenso ein Ass mit einem großartigen Kicker.

In den letzten paar Händen hat mein Gegner mir viel von meinem BB gestohlen und ich entschied, dass es an der Zeit war, mich zu wehren. Nun, das war eine missliche Lage. Ich brauchte eine Karte für einen Flush und hatte eine Chance von 5 zu 1, sie zu treffen. Ich hätte immer noch genügend Chips, um mich zu wehren, wenn ich verlieren würde, also entschied ich mich (richtig oder falsch), mitzugehen. Seine Karten wurden gezeigt und er hatte Und . Die Wende war Jetzt hatte ich also einen Flush Draw und einen Straight Draw, was mir 17 Outs bescherte. Ich hatte jetzt eine Chance von 3 zu 1, entweder den Flush oder den Straight zu treffen. Der Fluss war Also traf ich meinen Flush und gewann das Spiel.

Your playing style is very similar to mine. There is not much i would of done differently. The only hand i would of done differently is raised on was your K 10. That happens to be one of my fav hands.
You didn't get crazy on the pp 4's & 6's. Those small pp's can really kill ya that's for sure. It's a shame during the final 2 that he folded on your AJ.That had to be your best hand! Don't ya just hate when that happens? It's like they know!

Oh, tut mir leid, dass ich das nicht so früh gesehen habe :(. Das ist wirklich ein toller Blog auf YouTube. Ich habe mir Ihr Spiel komplett angesehen.
Dein Spielstil ist meinem sehr ähnlich. Es gibt nicht viel, was ich anders machen würde. Die einzige Hand, bei der ich es anders gemacht hätte, war Ihr K 10. Das ist zufällig eine meiner Lieblingshände.
Bei den Seiten 4 und 6 bist du nicht verrückt geworden. Diese kleinen PPs können dich wirklich umbringen, das ist sicher. Es ist eine Schande, dass er in den letzten beiden Spielen aufgrund Ihres AJ gefoldet hat. Das musste Ihre beste Hand sein! Hassen Sie es nicht einfach, wenn das passiert? Es ist, als ob sie es wüssten!
Du hast ein tolles Spiel gespielt und ich hoffe, noch mehr YouTube-Pokerspiele zu sehen. Clever gemacht!

It is very strange for me to see another player play other than the pro's on T.V. Your style of play is very different than mine. Obviously it works, played smart and it pays. I personally have an unorthodox style of play, so am not the ideal person to critique.
What I can say is please, please, put some sort of sound to go with your videos in the future. Does not matter if it is the game sound, commentary, or even music. I went frigging nuts trying to figure out what was wrong with my computer that i could not hear the sound. And it was a few minutes before it dawned on me that there maybe was not any sound to be heard.
Very cool you were able to create a video of you're poker play like that. Just make sure too many videos of you're poker play don't become available to the competition. ;)
To me finishing 1st place is all about status. Finishing in the money is winning and that's what is most important. Congrats on the win.
Für mich ist es sehr seltsam, im Fernsehen einen anderen Spieler als die Profis spielen zu sehen. Ihr Spielstil ist ganz anders als meiner. Offensichtlich funktioniert es, klug gespielt und es zahlt sich aus. Ich persönlich habe einen unorthodoxen Spielstil und bin daher nicht die ideale Person für Kritik.
Was ich sagen kann, ist bitte, bitte fügen Sie in Zukunft einen Ton zu Ihren Videos hinzu. Dabei spielt es keine Rolle, ob es sich um Spielsound, Kommentare oder sogar Musik handelt. Ich war völlig verrückt, als ich versuchte herauszufinden, was mit meinem Computer nicht stimmte, weil ich den Ton nicht hören konnte. Und es dauerte ein paar Minuten, bis mir klar wurde, dass vielleicht überhaupt kein Ton zu hören war.
Sehr cool, dass du so ein Video von deinem Pokerspiel erstellen konntest. Stellen Sie nur sicher, dass der Konkurrenz nicht zu viele Videos von Ihrem Pokerspiel zur Verfügung stehen. ;)
Für mich ist der 1. Platz eine Frage des Status. Ins Geld zu kommen bedeutet zu gewinnen und das ist das Wichtigste. Herzlichen Glückwunsch zum Sieg.

I've not yet worked out the sound thing orren. I struggled to even get the video. I'll work on the sound for sure. You're right about not too many videos of me playing. I did think about that and thanks for the reminder. I think the next one will be a written one. I really got to get me some special poker time and soon.

I know it sound all easy when i am typing it, but i would not be surprised to hear you've already spent well over six ours working out the video deal. I do not expect you to change it just because of my thoughts and ideas. Hell, if i took my own advise i would be a totally different person. LMAO.

I know nothing about editing the video - I'll have to have a look to see if it's possible. I could pause it though, until I play a hand but this would make it a bit "choppy".

A bit of an update on the "audio" front.
What a disaster that was. I set it up for the speakers and then the entire thing wouldn't work. So I tried it with the microphone - a little bit of a commentary. That didn't work and it seems I was talking to myself!
End result: NO sound at all, software wouldn't work.
I am going to try again - I'll report back.

Ein kleines Update an der „Audio“-Front.
Was für eine Katastrophe das war. Ich habe es für die Lautsprecher eingerichtet und dann hat das Ganze nicht funktioniert. Also habe ich es mit dem Mikrofon versucht – ein kleiner Kommentar. Das hat nicht funktioniert und es scheint, als hätte ich Selbstgespräche geführt!
Endergebnis: Überhaupt KEIN Ton, Software würde nicht funktionieren.
Ich werde es noch einmal versuchen – ich melde mich wieder.
