The casino took the money from my account anyways and did not put it into my casino account. I got an alert from my bank and contacted Slots Jungle. Instead of crediting me, they credited my bank account and closed my Slots Jungle account. I am upset because it is one of the very few casinos I can deposit at. I asked them to reopen it, but have not heard back. I thought this was a good casino?

I had an ok experience. i used the free chip, made the playthrough, deposited 25, made that playthrough then after a few emails back and forth with finance, i cashed out over 400. Hopefully emailing will solve your probs
