PokerStars: Etwas über ihre Unterstützung

Sicuramente sarete già stanchi di sentire da parte mia tanti elogi per il sito in oggetto.

Io ne farei anche a meno ma di tanto in tanto mi capita qualcosa di positivo che mi sento di dover condividere. Ovviamente farò lo stesso quando si tratterà di raccontare qualche mia esperienza negativa con Pokerstars.

Tornando alla mia esperienza di giornata...

Stamattina ricevo una promo da parte loro in cui mi propongono il 35% di real bonus su un deposito di almeno 260 euro da effettuare entro il 13 dicembre.

Purtroppo il mio limite di deposito settimanale è fissato a 200 ma qualche giorno fa avevo deciso di portarlo a 300...probabilmente perchè mi era sfuggita qualche opportunità.

Allora la prima cosa che mi è venuta in mente è stata di contattarli via mail per sapere quando sarebbero entrati in vigore i nuovi limiti.

Vista la giornata di festa non speravo molto in una loro risposta veloce e in parte ho avuto ragione perchè invece dei 15/20 minuti standard ne sono serviti 50 :D

Il tuo nuovo limite di 300 Euro settimanali sara' approvato allo scadere esatto dei 7 giorni dalla richiesta, quindi il giorno 11/12 alle 20:57.

Ti ricordiamo come funziona il limite.
Per sapere quanto puoi depositare in base ai tuoi attuali limiti, non dovrai prendere in considerazione la settimana che va da lunedì a domenica. Dovrai invece considerare tutti i depositi effettuati nei 7 giorni precedenti che potrai verificare accedendo alla sezione 'Cassa' del tuo account Stars e cliccando su 'Resoconto'.

Per spiegarti meglio il meccanismo, facciamo un paio di esempi:

1) Se hai un limite di €50 e il 20 Gennaio vuoi depositare, dovrai verificare tutti i depositi effettuati nei 7 giorni precedenti. Se hai depositato €30 il 13 Gennaio alle 21:00 e €20 il 16 Gennaio alle 21:00, potrai depositare fino a €30 a partire dal 20 Gennaio alle 21:00 ed ulteriori €20 a partire dal 23 Gennaio alle 21:00.

2) Se hai depositato €50 il 17 Gennaio alle 21:00, non potrai depositare il 20 Gennaio. Potrai infatti depositare fino a €50 a partire dal 24 Gennaio alle ore 21:00.

Tieni presente che non possiamo modificare i limiti di deposito da te impostati

Forse sarò io ad essere troppo entusiasta di Pokerstars ma sinceramente è difficile ricevere risposte così veloci ed articolate.

Ricordo che sto ancora aspettando una risposta da Skybet su come recuperare le credenziali di accesso al loro sito da due settimane ormai.

I would do without it but every now and then something positive happens to me that I feel I have to share. Obviously I will do the same when it comes to recounting some of my negative experiences with Pokerstars .

Returning to my experience of the day...

This morning I received a promo from them in which they offered me a 35% real bonus on a deposit of at least 260 euros to be made by December 13th.

Unfortunately my weekly deposit limit is set at 200 but a few days ago I decided to raise it to 300...probably because I missed some opportunities.

So the first thing that came to mind was to contact them via email to find out when the new limits would come into force.

Given the day of celebration, I wasn't really hoping for a quick response from them and I was partly right because instead of the standard 15/20 minutes it took 50 :D

...the answer was the following...

Thanks for your email.

Your new limit of 300 Euros per week will be approved exactly 7 days after the request, therefore on 11/12 at 8.57pm.

We remind you how the limit works.
To know how much you can deposit based on your current limits, you will not have to take into account the week from Monday to Sunday. Instead, you will have to consider all the deposits made in the previous 7 days which you can verify by accessing the 'Cash' section of your Stars account and clicking on 'Report'.

To better explain the mechanism, let's give a couple of examples:

1) If you have a limit of €50 and want to deposit on January 20th, you will need to check all deposits made in the previous 7 days. If you deposited €30 on January 13th at 9pm and €20 on January 16th at 9pm, you will be able to deposit up to €30 starting from January 20th at 9pm and a further €20 starting from January 23rd at 9pm: 00.

2) If you deposited €50 on January 17th at 9pm, you will not be able to deposit on January 20th. In fact, you will be able to deposit up to €50 starting from January 24th at 9:00 pm.

Please note that we cannot change the deposit limits you set

Maybe I'm the one who's too enthusiastic about Pokerstars but honestly it's difficult to receive such quick and detailed answers.

I remember that I am still waiting for a response from Skybet on how to recover my login credentials for their site for two weeks now.

Quella doveva essere davvero un ottima offerta, mai ricevuta una con un deposito a tre cifre, spesso e volentieri il 35 % su importi di 30 euro e molto raramente di 60/70.

Ritornando all'esperienza negativa con Pokerstars, non so se hai potuto partecipare ma spero di sì sennò non avrebbe avuto senso proportela.

Comunque fino al 20 Giugno depositando 10 euro si hanno 5 di bonus per il casinò. Ho partecipato ma oltre ai 15 totali ne ho depositati altri 20 ma niente da fare becco spesso e volentieri i momenti "cold" delle slots. Mi hanno dato anche uno starcode di 2 euro e niente lo stesso. Vbb sarà per la prossima volta :)

Returning to the negative experience with Pokerstars, I don't know if you were able to participate but I hope so otherwise it wouldn't have made sense to propose it to you.

However, until June 20th, depositing 10 euros will give you a 5 bonus for the casino. I participated but in addition to the 15 total I deposited another 20 but nothing to do I often enjoy the "cold" moments of the slots. They also gave me a starcode of 2 euros and nothing the same. Vbb will be for next time :)

Per me 200/300 euro rappresentano l'intero bankroll dedicato al gioco e solo in un caso, proprio su PokerStars, mi sono trovato a fare un deposito così grande. Generalmente il massimo importo e di 100 che utilizzo per i welcome bonus.

Tornando a PokerStars... consiglio di controllare giornalmente le promo direttamente nella lobby del client di gioco e di loggarsi di tanto in tanto.

Sara più facile così vedersi recapitare delle buone offerte per mail.

Recentemente ho ricevuto un bonus cash di 20 euro senza obbligo di deposito e un secondo del 50% fino a 50 euro...sempre cash con requisiti di scommessa pari a uno.

There are so many PokerStars offers that I often avoid even reporting them. Some require deposits and even large amounts played but they are safe money for those who can participate. For me, 200/300 euros represent the entire bankroll dedicated to the game and only in one case, on PokerStars, did I find myself making such a large deposit. Generally the maximum amount is 100 which I use for welcome bonuses.

Returning to PokerStars... I recommend checking the promos daily directly in the game client lobby and logging in from time to time.

This will make it easier to receive good offers by email.

I recently received a cash bonus of 20 euros with no deposit obligation and a second one of 50% up to 50 euros...always cash with wagering requirements of one.

Per quanto riguarda i nodeposit qualche volta ho ricevuto 10 euro e anche 2 ma mai 20.

Spero vada meglio con le prossime offerte e sennò pazienza...
