i never had troulbe with this casino really but i would like to warn others about something that happened tome withthis casino and thers . i was [laying on pacidic spins amd i was using the 200 welcome chip. it had a high playthrough but i somehoe managed to best it but unfornately when i was getting close to meeting the playthrough the system failed to prompt me and to notify me that i meet the playthrough , it must of been a lag in the system but it didnt notgy me and my balamce was updated but it took the previous bet i placed when my balance was higher and took it off my new balance . im nt sure if that makes any sense to yall but it was upsetting , i was unable to get it back up to 50 , after it took grom my new balance the first time nthing after that wuld hit at all and i lost it all which means that all that beating the playthrough and my time and everything was all for nothing and i didnt get to cash out nothing sucked and i oculdnt get no help but other thanthat its great they approved my account when i finally got another balance to cash out with and after i sent 10 fr the verification deposit . Although ill say that now i never get to play anymore no codes will work and thwy never send anymore new codes its still a good casino i beloeve but they dont have the game sparky 7

Es muss eine Verzögerung im System gewesen sein, aber das hat mich nicht gestört und mein Guthaben wurde aktualisiert, aber es hat meinen vorherigen Einsatz, als mein Guthaben höher war, von meinem neuen Guthaben abgezogen. ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob das für euch Sinn ergibt, aber es war ärgerlich, ich konnte es nicht wieder auf 50 bringen, nachdem es beim ersten Mal meinen neuen Kontostand gekostet hatte, nichts danach kam überhaupt und ich verlor alles, was bedeutet, dass das ganze Durchspielen und meine Zeit und alles umsonst waren und ich nicht auszahlen konnte, nichts war Mist und ich konnte keine Hilfe bekommen, aber ansonsten ist es toll, dass sie mein Konto genehmigten, als ich endlich ein weiteres Guthaben zum Auszahlen hatte und nachdem ich 10 für die Bestätigungseinzahlung gesendet hatte. This has happened to me on Pacific Spins multiple times. I think it's a sneaky tactic they use to not let you cash out. The sister sites will prompt you when you've reached your cash out, but Pacific spins waits til you've hit spin that one more time to make you Under the minimum to cash out. It truly isn't right and it makes me mad when it happens. I try really hard to keep up in my head how much I've played through so I start spinning super slow when I get close so they don't rip me off.

Had that happen to me last week. I told him that there wasn't a notification. Low level customer service really didn't care. They just thought I was trying to get money from then. I even was going to settle for the 81-cent shy of 50 bucks. Luckily I waited a week log back in and hit five bucks got me over the $50 minimum. This was at brango casino. To be specific my event happened around December 26th, 2024 .
My issue was fair play. Those casinos are legit as they get actually. I'm surprised that customer service did not pick up on me mentioning that it was not fair play to silently withdraw funds for my account. The last thing that you want to see from somebody that you send money to is an underhanded "GOTCHA" . Thank you for posting the event. Hopefully they'll take note if several people mention it.
