I have withdrawal problem with Hotbet1.co
I won around 3000 euro on the site. I did withdrawal request on 500 Euro. Which took alot hours for them to accept the request. It took 24hours totally.
I did a second withdrawal request on 800 Euro and the request is still pending it went abort 40 hours for them to accept it. Tried to send them e-mail without any answer. Also wrote to them in Live chat. They telling me its another departement who handle this and that they will send them a "note".. How can it take more than 2 days just to accept a request?
I have about 1300 euros in my account luft. They maybe want me lose the money then make me cancel the request and loose them too.
Can you please help me?

Ich habe eine zweite Auszahlungsanfrage über 800 Euro gestellt, die immer noch aussteht. Es dauerte 40 Stunden, bis sie sie akzeptierten. Ich habe versucht, ihnen eine E-Mail zu schicken, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Ich habe ihnen auch im Live-Chat geschrieben. Sie sagten mir, dass eine andere Abteilung sich darum kümmert und dass sie ihnen eine „Nachricht“ schicken würden. Wie kann es länger als zwei Tage dauern, bis eine Anfrage akzeptiert wird?
Ich habe etwa 1300 Euro auf meinem Konto. Sie wollen vielleicht, dass ich das Geld verliere, und dann muss ich die Anfrage stornieren, damit ich auch das Geld verliere.
