  • If you deposited funds in a currency that is not supported by the casino or differs from the currency used for your casino account (for example, depositing in USD when your account is in ZAR), the deposit may need to be converted through a currency exchange platform.   • If your account balance is lower than the amount you deposited, it’s possible that the casino has charged a transaction fee.
