Another great card to use are the Visa gift cards from Dollar General.  You can load the amount you want on them from $25 to $400.  You do have to call a 1 800 number to activate them tho.

I still use my netspend to load my quicktender account.  In fact i did it yesterday.  Worked like a charm.
