I have been trying for an hour now while exchanging emails with the support there and even being provided a link to newer software and still have not been able to create my account. Hi nipsy510, I like Texas Holdem Saloon. This seems a really good site (as far as I know from my limited experience with them.)
As for depositing/withdrawing, they have a huge amount of options to choose from which can only be a good thing.
Katt - as for Yoga - I've not downloaded it yet. Did you read the important bit at the bottom of the above post regarding operating systems. Which operating system are you using? Have you resolved the problem yet?

Katt – was Yoga betrifft – ich habe es noch nicht heruntergeladen. Haben Sie den wichtigen Teil am Ende des obigen Beitrags zu Betriebssystemen gelesen? Welches Betriebssystem verwenden Sie? Hast du das Problem schon gelöst?

I am on Windows 7 so the operating system stuff does not apply. I have not resolved the issue. They must be checking with techs or something because the first emails came quickly, but I have not heard from them this last time.
I have done all the usual stuff like emptying my cache, rebooting my system, complete uninstalls followed by new installs of the original link software and a new 2.0 link they sent me and none of it is working.
What happens is that I get to the set up account page and pick a screen name and a username which both tell me they are available. Then I fill in the rest of the blanks and push the Sign Up button and it tells me that the screen name is already in use. I have tried at least 6 different screen names and always get the same result.
Are you willing to try it and see if it works for you? All I can do at this point is wait for another email as I don't know what else to try from my end.

Ich habe alle üblichen Dinge getan, wie meinen Cache geleert, mein System neu gestartet, vollständige Deinstallationen durchgeführt, gefolgt von Neuinstallationen der Original-Link-Software und eines neuen 2.0-Links, den sie mir geschickt haben, aber nichts davon hat funktioniert.
Was passiert, ist, dass ich zur Seite „Konto einrichten“ komme und einen Bildschirmnamen und einen Benutzernamen auswähle, die mir beide sagen, dass sie verfügbar sind. Dann fülle ich die restlichen Lücken aus und drücke auf die Schaltfläche „Anmelden“. Mir wird angezeigt, dass der Benutzername bereits verwendet wird. Ich habe mindestens 6 verschiedene Bildschirmnamen ausprobiert und erhalte immer das gleiche Ergebnis.
Sind Sie bereit, es auszuprobieren und zu sehen, ob es für Sie funktioniert? An dieser Stelle kann ich nur auf eine weitere E-Mail warten, da ich von meiner Seite aus nicht weiß, was ich sonst noch versuchen soll.

I am using IE8 and no, I did not reload the registration page if you don't count the many times I tried and restarted my computer.
Let me ask you this... did you use the registration page you get after you download the software or did you find one on their website? I have been using the one that comes up after the download, not on their site.

EDIT: Ok, I went back and took a slightly different path to the registration screen. Then I put it in compatibility mode, then I refreshed the screen, then I F5 reloaded the screen, then I filled out the form and added numbers to the end of my screen name and my user name and after that it all worked!

EDIT: Ok, ich bin zurückgegangen und habe einen etwas anderen Weg zum Registrierungsbildschirm gewählt. Dann habe ich es in den Kompatibilitätsmodus versetzt, dann habe ich den Bildschirm aktualisiert, dann habe ich den Bildschirm mit F5 neu geladen, dann habe ich das Formular ausgefüllt und Zahlen am Ende meines Bildschirmnamens und meines Benutzernamens hinzugefügt und danach hat alles funktioniert!

Satansmuff, I am not sure if it will help you with Bovada now, but what happened most likely is that you formerly had a BODOG account. Bovada was BODOG for the US and they changed to Bovada a couple of months ago.
If they took away the new account you could try logging into your old BODOG account and then they step you through switching to Bovada all with the same account you had before at BODOG. Perhaps if you explain your confusion about that they will let you back up and fix it. Perhaps they can just delete the new account altogether and then get you right as rain.
That is why they are saying you have duplicate accounts... they have the old one at BODOG and you made a new one at Bovada instead of going through switching over.

Satansmuff, ich bin mir nicht sicher, ob es dir jetzt bei Bovada helfen wird, aber was höchstwahrscheinlich passiert ist, ist, dass du früher ein BODOG-Konto hattest. Bovada war BODOG für die USA und vor ein paar Monaten wechselten sie zu Bovada.
Wenn das neue Konto entfernt wurde, könnten Sie versuchen, sich bei Ihrem alten BODOG-Konto anzumelden, und dann werden Sie durch den Wechsel zu Bovada geführt, und zwar mit demselben Konto, das Sie zuvor bei BODOG hatten. Wenn Sie Ihre Verwirrung darüber erklären, können Sie vielleicht einen Rückzieher machen und das Problem beheben. Vielleicht können sie einfach das neue Konto ganz löschen und Sie dann wie im Regen erwischt.
Aus diesem Grund sagen sie, dass Sie doppelte Konten haben ... Sie haben das alte bei BODOG und Sie haben bei Bovada ein neues erstellt, anstatt es zu wechseln.
