Has anyone looked at PokerStars new reward scheme?
I just read one piece regarding calculation of VPP's and your current level at the end of hte month:
For 2015, players will receive the prorated value of the progress earned at the end of the month (or year in the case of Supernova and Supernova Elite VIPs). For example, a BronzeStar player has earned 3 VPPs of the 5 VPPs required to complete their current Step, which offers a reward of 5 FPPs. The prorated value is 3/5 x 5 = 3 FPPs.
In 2016, FPP rewards for incomplete Steps will be released at 50% of the prorated value of the progress earned. So in the example above, the BronzeStar player would receive 3 x 50%, or 1.5 FPPs.
I thought this was supposed to help the "recreational player".
