Hi everyone, I cashed out on Jan 18th with a win of 505.00 from Tropica Casino. they had to mail me the check because I had no checking acct. Long story short, i still have not gotten any check. Every week they give me a different reason why it has not gotten here... takes 10 business days ...20 business days...... and then Monday the 16th they said 30 days (not business days). So today i tried to get to their live chat and everytime i put in my email and message the livechat screen goes away...i tried calling and there are no operators available...my log in for the casino is mare1951. Helllllllllllllllp ... (please)

Hallo zusammen, ich habe am 18. Januar einen Gewinn von 505,00 im Tropica Casino ausgezahlt. Sie mussten mir den Scheck per Post schicken, weil ich kein Girokonto hatte. Um es kurz zu machen: Ich habe immer noch keinen Scheck bekommen. Jede Woche nennen sie mir einen anderen Grund, warum es nicht angekommen ist ... es dauert 10 Werktage ... 20 Werktage ... und dann sagten sie am Montag, dem 16., 30 Tage (keine Werktage). Also habe ich heute versucht, zu ihrem Live-Chat zu gelangen, und jedes Mal, wenn ich meine E-Mail-Adresse und Nachricht eingebe, verschwindet der Livechat-Bildschirm. This might make you feel a little better. I won 450.00 from Fortune Reel and withdrew by check also. It was suppose to be mailed out on Jan.9th (via email confirmation) and I too am still waiting. I have contacted support and they reassure me it is on it way and I should be receiving it any day. I cashed out on Dec. 23rd. I believe it may be because so many free chips were cashed out during the holidays (as was mine). I too am sitting on pins and needles.....but I knew it would take a long time to recieve it when I cashed it in. I have since then set up a QuickTender account (UseMyWallet) so I won't have to go through this again. I hope your payment arrives shortly.

Ich glaube, das liegt möglicherweise daran, dass während der Feiertage so viele Gratis-Chips ausgezahlt wurden (wie bei mir auch). Ich sitze auch auf Nadeln und Nadeln ... aber als ich es eingelöst habe, wusste ich, dass es lange dauern würde, bis ich es erhalte. Seitdem habe ich ein QuickTender-Konto (UseMyWallet) eingerichtet, sodass ich das nicht tun muss geh das nochmal durch. Ich hoffe, dass Ihre Zahlung bald eintrifft.
