ich habe erstmal nur eine Kopie von meinem Dokument mit dem Scanner gemacht und dort hin geschickt. Daraufhin sagten sie mir der Ausweis sei kuputt was eine lüge ist. Dann habe ich das Dokument nochmal von beiden Seiten fotografiert und die badein Fotos + Die beiden gescannten exemplare meines Dokuments dort hingeschickt.

First I just made a copy of my document with the scanner and sent it there. They then told me the ID was fake, which was a lie. Then I photographed the document again from both sides and sent the bad photos + the two scanned copies of my document there.
