Volevo chiederti se i tornei su CasinòExtreme organizzati da Lcb sono aperti solo ai nuovi iscritti.

Te lo domando perchè qualche tempo fa contattai il loro supporto e mi dissero che potevo partecipare solo ai tornei a pagamento e non quelli "ristretti".

Non so se il provvedimento del manager riguardava solo me oppure è una regola generale.

I wanted to ask you if the tournaments on CasinoExtreme organized by Lcb are only open to new members.

I'm asking you because some time ago I contacted their support and they told me that I could only participate in paid tournaments and not the "restricted" ones.

I don't know if the manager's measure concerned only me or is it a general rule.

Ciao Casinista932, non esistono regole 'ad personam' quindi il manager non si riferiva al tuo caso particolare. Ciò che posso consigliarti è di controllare bene le regole dei tornei da noi organizzati e se noti qualche incongruenza contattami in mp indicando anche il torneo a cui fai riferimento, non prima di essere comunque passato dal loro supporto.

Hi Casinista932, there are no 'ad personam' rules so the manager was not referring to your particular case. What I can advise you is to carefully check the rules of the tournaments organized by us and if you notice any inconsistencies contact me via PM also indicating the tournament you are referring to, but not before having visited their support.

Mi hanno riferito che è una decisione del manager. Fino a qualche tempo fa  potevo partecipare a tutti i tornei della lista riservati agli iscritti ai vari forum. Ovviamente, conoscendo le regole dei tornei senza buyin, facevo sempre un deposito tra un torneo è l'altro. Poi è successo di aver vinto due tornei e nel momento in cui ho richiesto il prelievo mi è stato comunicato che non potevo riscuotere i soldi. E solo dopo che ho fatto presente che avrei reso pubblica la situazione mi hanno pagato. Però mi hanno detto che da quel momento in poi avrei potuto partecipare solo ai tornei con quota di ingresso. Io potrei anche iscrivermi al torneo mensile riservato ai membri di Lcb ma se vinco qualcosa non verrei pagato. Anche su Brango ho questa limitazione.

Non posso dire che questa limitazione sia insopportabile ne che si siano comportati male.

Allo stesso tempo mi dispiace non poter partecipare ai vari freeroll perché riuscivo a vincere qualcosa ogni tanto.

Then it happened that I won two tournaments and when I requested the withdrawal I was told that I couldn't collect the money. And only after I indicated that I would make the situation public did they pay me. But they told me that from then on I could only participate in tournaments with an entry fee. I could also sign up for the monthly tournament reserved for Lcb members but if I won something I wouldn't get paid. I also have this limitation on Brango.

I can't say that this limitation is unbearable or that they behaved badly.

At the same time, I regret not being able to participate in the various freerolls because I managed to win something every now and then.
