I know if you were here, you would first reach out to live chat, call the casino's toll free number, and report the bug. They would certainly fix it, and if not, you would be able to contact the PGCB for resolution. Based on your screenshot, you indeed have a line hit. Hopefully they took care of you, credited your account.
