ive been playing online for a few years now. i was part of some great casinos but they had to close up and we could no longer play. i know their exit was due to the imposed new rules and regulations on the online gambing.. but i just wonder why some games say that theyre not Available in my region.?? any idea why?? thanks

In addition to obtaining license as a whole, software providers also have to have a license for each game, in every jurisdiction they want to operate I think. And its not cheap, so depending on the company, some may decide its not worthy of applying for license in some jurisdictions. Hence the country restritions

I suppose that different providers and games have different percentages of RTP (return to player). Almost every country has its own laws with established standards of RTP. If the game or provider does not have an appropriate RTP or license, then the provider becomes unavailible for a certain location.
Ich gehe davon aus, dass verschiedene Anbieter und Spiele unterschiedliche RTP -Prozentsätze (Return to Player) haben. Fast jedes Land hat seine eigenen Gesetze mit etablierten RTP-Standards. Wenn das Spiel oder der Anbieter nicht über ein entsprechendes RTP oder eine entsprechende Lizenz verfügt, ist der Anbieter für einen bestimmten Standort nicht verfügbar.

lang9r1993, im from belgium to and most of the time its nowhere to be found on the site, for example space lilly, i was realy looking forward to playing there but couldnt deposit (if they just said it at singing up, that would be a good start i guess)
