Hello Team, i have a Problem with the Santeda Casinos, Velobet, Rolletto and Mystake. But lets start with Velobet. I am gambling addicted and i have played at mystake casino first. Told them about my gambling addiction and self excluded me and asked for every other casino from their license to be self excluded. Didn‘t happen and i could still deposit at rolletto and velobet after that. I know you probably won‘t handle complaints about license. But 3 points to this: First they don‘t have a german license. I contacted them 3 times at mystake, rolletto and velobet to self exclude me from their casinos and nothing happened. Also CEG the licensor had to contact mystake to send me a transaction list from my deposits/withdrawals. Rolletto and Velobet hasn‘t send me the transaction list now for over a month (especially rolletto) So i don‘t know if i‘m eligible for a refund in your opinion (will escalate this to a lawyer then) But they are responsible for GDPR and have to send me a transaction list, also they have to self exclude you if you specifically ask for this. No self exclusion happened after contacting mystake/rolletto and velobet. Also no transaction list. I have lost around 3.000 euros at mystake, asked for a self exlusion at all santeda casinos, nothing happened, then lost around 600 Euros at rolletto asked again, nothing happened. And now lost 1200 Euro at Velobet. Maybe you can help me out. I know it‘s kinda my fault, and not only the missing german license but even for curacao casinos GDPR is a must have. I have contacted rolletto for example about 5 weeks ago and no transaction list, now Velobet the same. They tell you its at the compliance department and nothing is happening. Maybe you can help me out. At least they have to refund me the amounts for rolletto and velobet or send me the transaction list so i can escalate this to their licensor or my lawyer. Thank you!
