I have filed my dispute with CDS, to date I have gotten no response. I turn to this forum for help in resolving the issue as described below. On March 27th I made a deposit of $51 to Sunrise Slots. I played through that money fairly quickly. Over the next few days I took advantage of multiple bonuses/coupons that we're made available to me by the casino. They included no deposit bonus codes in the form of a coupon as well as free chips. Some were denied, some were honored. There's really is no consistency nor rhyme or reason. On April 3rd I played in a weekly free roll tournament. There was very little time left and at my completion of time allotment I emerged the winner. Immediately thereafter $5,000 was deposited into my Casino account. When I filed for withdrawal of the funds via Bitcoin my request was denied. The reason given was that I had multiple free chips/ no deposit bonuses in a row at the casino did not allow that. They referred me to the terms and conditions and removed the funds from my Casino account. I quickly went to the terms and conditions posted on their site. The first thing I noticed was the statement that the terms and conditions as posted were complete. This tells me that there is nothing more, nothing less, and the terms and conditions are as posted. There are several sections to this terms and conditions. One of them referencing no deposit bonus codes as well as free chips. It clearly states that multiple bonus codes and or free chips used without a deposit in between could nullify your winnings in regular slot play. These sections make no reference to weekly free roll tournaments. So I went to the section titled free roll tournaments. In this section of the terms and conditions there is no mention made of no deposit bonus codes or free chips. None whatsoever. No verbiage stating that no deposit codes or free chips had anything to do with eligibility in a free roll tournament. What it does state is that participation in consecutive/multiple free roll tournaments without a deposit in between them was not allowed. I made a deposit on March 27th and participated in no free roll tournaments at this casino until the time of my winning on April 3rd. I reached out to the casino via email and chat on multiple occasions. Their response to me was always the same. " the casino does not allow multiple no deposit codes and or free chips in a row" followed by the link to their terms and conditions. I have asked multiple times for them to show me where it states that one has anything to do with the other I asked them to show me where it says that a weekly free roll tournament is considered a free chip I don't see that in their terms and conditions either and they say their terms and conditions are complete so I have to assume it is not there. What they have done is try to massage their terms and conditions into stating what they wish that it did. I understand what their stated policy is with regard to no deposit codes and free chips. However even this is not enforced consistently as displayed in the multiple no deposit codes and free chips that I was awarded over a short period of time. Regardless of their erratic behavior...with regard to bonus codes/free chips, which are regular slot play bonuses...weekly free roll tournaments are not linked to regular slot play bonuses anywhere in there terms and conditions. With one exception, and that is to state that monies from no deposit bonus codes and or free chips cannot be used to enter tournaments. There's no entry fee in a free roll tournament. I am tired of the run around they need to change their terms and conditions to support what they want them to say. But as they were written the day of my winning, and still today, the casinos position is not supported. Please see their T&C I appreciate whatever you can do to assist me and resolving this matter
