I gave this casino a try and made 500 deposit. I played Blackjack and Roulette and won 4500
The casino claim I am part of a Roulette gang that came to defraud their casino.
I told them that I am not a part of any gang and that I have been playing also Blackjack and not only Roulette and by no mean I am related to any gang as nobody even know at home that I play but they insist and refuse to pay the winnings.
I asked them to reveal the gang they speak about, names... Etc but no exact info from which I can understand how am I related to this kind of gang
I find it a mistake or a lame excuse for not paying my winnings.
Here is their reply very long and informative but it has nothing to do with me
first off, refusing winnings to a player is not something we do lightly, and there are many players who have signed up via AskGamblers who would be able to confirm that we operate honestly and pay out correctly.
We are 100% convinced that this player is part a gang which consists of fake affiliates and players with whom they are connected. They were defrauding our casino and clearly we had to put a stop to it.
The facts of this case are as follows:
A group of affiliates who were unknown to us, and seemingly unconnected to each other, all chose to sign up to our affiliate program within the space of a few days.
Each of these affiliates sent us a single player, and each of these players did exactly the same thing: played Roulette and bet the table maximum on a single number. If you look at these affiliate sites, on the face of it they are there to inform players of the best bonuses. For each of these sites, over the course of a month or so, to send us 1 single player (often the only visitor they sent us!) who does not take a bonus and bets the maximum on Roulette, this is beyond co-incidence.
The con is simple: if the player wins then this fraudulent group have made some money obviously. If the player loses, then the affiliate in question gets a percentage of the casino’s win. Over time, this is guaranteed profit for the group and a guaranteed loss for the casino. Incidentally, we had already paid out a substantial sum to one of the players within this group.
Having checked with other casino operators, it turned out that these affiliates had been inactive for approximately 6 months and had stopped sending them any traffic.
We then discovered that these affiliates had all lied about their country of operations, and in fact most of them were operating from the same location.
Putting all of this information together, we were left in no doubt that this is a fraudulent gang at work, and we are very surprised that this player has registered a complaint. It is also strange that it has taken her over a month to do so.
Lastly, binthuys: can you please justify why we cannot be trusted and explain what you mean by “Growing bonus-amounts during play without having asked or accepted”? None of our bonuses are added to a player’s account automatically; all of them need to be manually accepted by the player and therefore it is always up to the player as to whether they accept a bonus or not.
