I win and met the wager requirement to make a withdraw in the maximum 150€ .I have a screen-shot with that movements. The withdraw was declined because they said that i have accounts in others casinos of the same group of casino witch i gambled before and use no deposit coupons in those .

Tell me please, besides Fonecasino what other sister brands did you play at? Have you ever made any deposit in any of the brands?
We double checked in their t&c and this is what we found:
32. A player is required to make a minimum deposit of $(US, CA,)/kr/€/₤20 so as to qualify for subsequent promotional bonuses. Moreover, the minimum deposit of $(US, CA)/kr/€/₤20 should be made between the last bonus credited to the Player’s casino account and the next bonus claim across any of the Lotus Players Club casinos.
17. No Player may redeem two non deposit bonuses consecutively. However, if a Player succeeds in doing so, then any winnings will be forfeited.
22. A bonus abuser is defined as a Player who makes use of promotional bonus money to dishonestly profit from bonus promotions that are offered in good faith by the casino with a view to gain Player loyalty. A bonus abuser is generally defined as a Player who accepts bonuses, wagers the minimum amount and withdraws as soon as possible. Lotus Players Club casinos reserve the right to take appropriate action against such a Player.
If you've never made a deposit at Black Lotus, Lotus Asia and Fone Casino (and if you have claimed no deposit bonuses on all 3 brands) this could be the reason why they are not paying you.

thanks for the reply, yes i never made a deposit at Black Lotus, Lotus Asia and Fone Casino and iclaimed no deposit bonuses on all 3 brands, but there´s no rule that says that you cant claim no deposit bonus on the 3 brands. I had just register an account in fonecasino and use a coupon for the first time in this casino and the unfairly declined my winnings.

Ich hatte gerade ein Konto bei FoneCasino eröffnet und zum ersten Mal in diesem Casino einen Gutschein verwendet, woraufhin meine Gewinne zu Unrecht abgelehnt wurden.

It is stated clearly in their t&c that you can't make consecutive bonuses and the deposit must be made in between no deposit bonus claims across any of the brands. Please refer to my post above. The casino has confirmed that you have claimed 5 free bonuses at the Lotus Players Club casinos without making any deposits.

In den AGB wird klargestellt, dass Sie keine aufeinanderfolgenden Boni erhalten können und die Einzahlung zwischen Bonusansprüchen ohne Einzahlung bei einer der Marken erfolgen muss. Bitte beachten Sie meinen Beitrag oben. Das Casino hat bestätigt, dass Sie 5 kostenlose Boni in den Lotus Players Club-Casinos beansprucht haben, ohne eine Einzahlung zu tätigen.
