Live support had know information on terms and conditions for the bonus and requested i send an email to their promotions department. As of now, no moneys have been posted to the account... So if you can find out what the procedure is for claiming the prizes, it would be greatly appreciated. -

has the definition of "shortly" changed or have i just been accustomed to it being like in minutes to an hour or two at the most....when in actuality, unknowned to me until recently, refers to a day or two? i guess this would be correct considering there are 365 days in a year...and if it were referencing a day or two days...yea...ok shortly......shortly...LOL!!! gotta be kidding...why say shortly? he should just say tomorrow or within 24-72hrs...shortly..means..at the start we check every 15 min...then with it still not there..we move up 30 min...and with my insomnia i'll be checking every 1hr or less untill it's finally there....is this true for anyone else?

"I sent them off yesterday to be paid out. If they haven’t been done already then it will be this morning when the promotions team comes in. Tell them not to panic!"

Hi all, sorry for the delay but as its already been mentioned we are just waiting on the casinos that the winners want the funds to be paid in to. As this was run over 3 brands, it's down to the winner which casino they want to use it at.

It will be us.
I think the time zone is a factor here in the delay in crediting the bonuses, as well as the delay in getting the preferred casino the winner wants the bonus paid in to.
Our promotions team (who credits the winnings) do not work 24/7. They start work at 9am and the winners that I have the casino for will have the money in that account by 10am (UK Time), latest. Don't Stress.
If its not, I will eat my socks. -
